Great vid as usual. What do you use for the underwater shots, so clear. I’m 61 soon and not as fit as I used to be. Hopefully I’ll get my A into gear and be ready for walks/hikes when we set off in April next year. Will be sad if I’m not able to get to places like that waterfall, absolutely amazing. The falls were stunning - you will never find me sitting where wifee (Bac) was sitting. The kids said something about sh#t your pants at the start of the walk, that's what i would have done sitting on the edge of the waterfall. Can't wait to i get a chance to do some ocean fishing and hopefully catch a nice Jewfish (although i was wondering if you need to scale first or you take the skin off later?) Looking forward to the next vid

What does the Jewfish compare to eating wise?
I use a GoPro in a dome for the springs footage. Jew gosh is great eating! Really good for Asian style steamed fish and curries

Yeah mate that’s it’s swim bladder. Because you bring em up fast from deep water.
