    Beautiful narration. Thank you for sharing your personal connection/experiences, it is so true that literature can help us connect to the vast human experiences. It helps us not feel so lonely in our soul.

    I wonder how Alice Munro and her work will now be interpreted now that it has been made public that her second husband, Gerald Fremlin, was a stupendously abusive step-father to Alice's youngest daughter.

      I think she’ll be regarded as a person as complex and as human as one of her characters.
