Lens essilor ka ho sakte he Ya nova ka ya kisi aur brand ka bhi.
So you are using good brand(nova) lens with one of the best antireflection coating (crizal).

Sir , i want to ask you that in single vision lens of prescription power less than - 0.75 d ...Is there need of ipd in making eyeglasses of such prescription...I made eyeglasses from local optical shop...And he made it without any ipd measurement..So is pd necessary..?

Sir, I am a user of a progressive lens for the last 8 years, every 1.5 - 2 years I have the change the lens, which is too costly, especially when you are working abroad, where an advanced progressive lens costs between RS 40k to 60K. Many times I don't change and use the same one, though I feel the need to change due to discomfort. A branded store in UAE advised me to go for a very technically advanced brand that does not have the distortion area, costing around RS 75K to RS 100K . What is your kind advice here? As I am a full-time user of computers and give presentations with numbers to BOD, I am confused whether to invest or not, that too for a short period of 1.5 years.
As a spec user since school days, I will say to use Carl Zeiss only, they have different lens but they have the best lens you can get as they don't scratch or break easily, they are very clear. Never ever use paper based tissue paper etc, user only microfiber cloth, they are cheap, no need for cleaner too, harsh chemical will destroy the coating. Use specs as much as possible, that will keep your number constant. Mine changed after 12 years.
