Oh my gosh, what hard work! I give these people so much credit and now I know why the craft is so expensive. What beautiful work!

Beautiful, I use a similar Spanish technique on tiles, cuerda seca. also made from scratch. Not the only thing I make, I usually work on the wheel and mainly use a local stoneware clay, I am in Cornwall, England

Dis is how we make the tile.
      We mix the clay.
      We press the tile.
      We bake the tile.
      We paint the tile.
      We fire the tile.
      We ship the tile.

@@thelittlethingskate9567 my tiles right now 99% are art tiles which mean they have a design on them .
I haven't started production yet. I have hummingbird, bear, dragonfly, turtle, frog, and a few more.
Look up Motowi tiles in Ann arbor Michigan, that will give you an example of art tiles.
4x4x5/8 inch will be 3-13/16 x3-13/16 x 5/8 inch. This size is the only size I will have to begin with.

Cobalt carbonate is very toxic and causes cancer among other things, I was horrified when I saw the young man pushing it through the screen with bare hands and no mask. The man weighing out the chemicals for glazes wasn’t wearing a mask either. Please, please, please advise the employees on safety and provide the necessary protection equipment for them.

They need masks with filters, fitted to them individually so they fit. And they need gloves and proper safety procedures to handle the glazes and powders, many of these things are toxic and they will get cancer. Please look after your employees better.
