- On Friday morning, protesters gathered outside the A.A. Birch Building ahead of Delke's hearing to express frustration with the plea deal.
Where was the anger while he racked up dozens of Felonies? juuuuust sayen.
So, driving erratic, flees attempted traffic stop on 65 & endangering other lives, finally pulls into an apartment complex and flees on foot while waving a gun and he gets shot.

He ran through a neighborhood with a gun in his hand, placing children in danger. He should have never resisted arrest.IF someone resist arrest as he did how could the Police trust what he would do running with a gun his hand. A Policeman’s job was to protect the neighborhood. A felony to resist arrest.

Black Judge accepts prosecutor plea deal...... If the Judge feels that the plea bargain is not appropriate for whatever reason, the Judge will inform the defendant that the plea is not accepted by the Court. At this point, the defendant has the option of continuing with the guilty plea, or changing the plea to “not guilty.” If the defendant decides to proceed with the guilty plea, the Judge will decide on what the sentence will be. If the defendant elects to please not guilty, then the process will begin to move the case to a trial.
Of course they will protest. Maybe you should have raised the thug not to carry guns and commit crimes. Same old story.. just another day in Nashville.
