how does this have so little views?? this is my favorite city of tears cover ive heard!! your playing is lovely and it sounds so gentle and nice compared to other covers where they, for lack of a better phrase, "go ham"

I’m typically not the one to notice subtle things or read into things so much but the more I listen to this song the more I hear certain things like if you take each note by itself it almost sounds sad but with the cord changes and background sounds it gives this song a sense of hope
City of tears track was the one that stuck out for me playing for the first time. Loved it so much.
This is by far the best sounding and most playable arrangement of the city of tears theme I have been able to find. Really good stuff thank you!

2:29 i know this was probably unintentional, but the fact that the vengeful spirit shot lined up with the lowest note in this part made this beautiful cover of city of tears about ten times more powerful

i’ve been getting back into hollow knight recently and city of tears still has to be one of my favorite tracks played on piano of all time 💖

I love david's version so much okay, the detail of adding the main theme (symbolizing the fountain of yhe Hollow Knight in the City) is just. Amazing. I love how this was performed just as much oh my g o d.
What an incredible performance. I always thought this piece would be so difficult to keep the melody separate from the supporting arpeggios but you hit it perfectly without missing a beat. I never even realized there was a motif from "Hollow Knight" in the middle of this piece, it's so much longer than I thought while playing the game

I've been learning from this video and I have to say, at 0:42, my brain starts working really hard to play in 4/8 but count in 3/8

I am currently trying to play this piece and I am already starting to struggle quite a bit with the part that plays at 00:41. It's unlike anything I've played before and I think that I may have scaled myself in too high. Anyone else struggling with that part?

I don't believe you can buy just one of the songs, you have to buy the whole collection. But in my opinion it's worth it!
