I would move the dining area and living space toward the kitchen and add a proper tiled entry with wall between living and entry and a place to put wet winter shoes and clothes. As is, that could mean a blast of cold air or strong wind into the living space, not to mention tracking mud/water though the house.
I assume there's a pantry/storage closet next to the back door. The front bedroom could use a larger wardrobe, and the freestanding tub in the ensuite is impractical, but this plan basically checks all my boxes!

Love the decor! This floorplan is so simliar to one that Jasper Tran relased on the 8th of May 2023 that I'm going to copy and paste the comment I made for that one, rather than start over. Here it is: A comfortable, charming and practical home! It's good to see the back of the house getting some love as well as the front - lovely back porch area. Love that whole ample storage thing going on with the walk-in closet to the bedroom, the other closet into the hall, and the pantry into the kitchen! The roof is not only cute, but looks like it could shed rain effectively 😊 Now the suggestions: The secondary bedroom and bath and the little hallway that goes to them - flip/mirror image their configuration in such a way that the secondary bedroom is on the front of the house, the secondary/guest bath shares the wall with the master bath, and the little hall that leads to them shares a wall with the laundry (The opening to the hall will then be between the dining and living area instead of by the front door -but still pretty convenient). Now, open that little hall up to the laundry. These changes will simplify the plumbing but more importantly will function better for the residents. The two little hallways and the laundry now function together as a more direct passage between parents' room and small child's room (still without being too close together as the child grows older and more independent). Getting laundry to and from the child's room will be a lot more convenient too.
This is such a nice layout. I would have more of an entrance way instead of just stepping right into the living room Other than that, its a lovely home!
I need to see the linen cabinets, closets, and pantry. Storage space is essential for holiday decor. So many families have their children moving back in with them today. This wouldn’t work for me.
I like this design. I hate front loading washing machines. I think they stink, literally. I would not place the night stand in front of the dresser. There is not enough room. This house is really nice.
To me, this is one of the most perfect houses that absolutely love it and I’m very picky. My only critique would be the bathroom. Walls are a little too busy for me.
Why on earth in all of these videos is the dishwasher so far away from the sink? Not at all practical to have to schlep the dirty dishes halfway across the kitchen. It’s a big flaw in all of your designs.
Exterior is great, BUT,don't like a completely open plan and don't like to walk into the living room. Laundry is too small and not enough storage for every day things like brooms, mops, vacuums. Again no utility area shown, you need to be more realistic about how people will use the space day to day. Keep trying!
I just love a wrap around porch. Such a spacious home for a small house. I love it.❤
I love it. I would change the location of washer and dryer so that the dryer vents out to an outside wall, but the layout is pretty spot on for me.

The door of the refrigerator is pretended to be a cabinet, the refrigerator is right next to the door to the back of the house ^^
