My advice as a fitness professional for the first person- tl;dr giving yourself small tasks and celebrating the wins will help. The problem is, you've set this precedence with yourself so that whenever you set a goal, it's already not a priority off the jump and you won't hold yourself accountable for that goal. So setting small goals, things that are non-negotiables that you have to do ANYWAY, and building that trust with yourself will pay off! And then just slowly build up to bigger goals.

EXACTLY!!!! I always wondered that too, working from home just asks for even more productivty and creativity, while it is easier and cheaper to work at home..you're just sooo limited. I do feel like i'm more productive when i'm at a space where i'm alone or with my companion(s) and can brainstorm and work thoroughly than doing it via a zoom without all the distractions at home. There's just a lot of curiosity as to what can flourish in a different space
