    a lot of it makes sense....cause trying to be too defensive with an aggressive foe can leave you vulnerable to his destruction.....so best to retaliate/counter.

    Important drill.... Thank you. Breaking the REACTIVE Dynamic. Grounding oneself and exploding into the attack, head protected. Sorry. Just have to recapitulate. Nose over toes, protect head and protect chin with shoulders, blitzing him.

    In my opinion it might be better to turn the music down in the background just a bit. Your coaching and movement speaks for itself. I would personally rather hear you give the instructions with no music. Brilliant work

    Beautiful sir. Psychology is so important in fighting. Keeping your wits about you, use that fear and turn it to aggression with your counterattack. Thank you

    probably missed it or didn't look right, my bad. I'd like to find a vid in this channel on being confronted with a very common situation: a dude getting all in your face, butting foreheads, not yet punching. As it is by far one of the, if not THE best channel out there, very realistical stuff, looking forwqrd to it.

    Always love your video sir.
    But i don't know how to get rid the fear of breaking little finger while doing a palm strike especially when the target is moving

    • @forestdwellerresearch6593
      @forestdwellerresearch6593 Рік тому +2

      I have my fingertips kind of bent over with the palmstrike. That will reduce the risk of fingers breaking i believe. (less leverage) Dunno if that's a problem for other aspects though...someone will let us know i'm sure 😁

    • @schoolofselfprotection
      @schoolofselfprotection  Рік тому +6

      Thank you for your kind words..When I punch I’m afraid to break all my little fingers..keep the finger bent indeed..and think like predator. Don’t think about injury..go forward and hit everything that moves!

    Notice that no one there is out of shape. This is an important part of self defense that no one likes to talk about. You wouldn't fire your weapon and never clean it. Go hit the gym.
