Cool not used before but we got one team who have to manually run export from system (we can’t schedule the data), its only when the end user from another department tells us the data is missing that we start to chase, so this logic the user can self-serve on this to trigger auto email to that team..meaning we don’t need to get involved….loving your series so far
Setting up the blank report is tricky for 2 reasons. 1. I couldn't publish to BI Service a pure blank report, not until I added a dummy table (and I notice you had a single column table too). 2. The Power Automate button on the Visualisations pane is not available to me on BI Service or Desktop.. Eventually I solved this in Desktop by Using Insert Tab where it does exist. Only by publishing from desktop with a blank Power automation visual does the button appear in the Visualisation panel in BI Service. Seems a significant issue, so maybe there is a better work around. (I can create new buttons but the icon goes if I save with no PA buttons in the report) Then to run the flow it requires Control + click (standard Edit mode issue that I always forget). But I am liking this - lots of small use cases to begin with :)
Have you ever used the Power Automate button in your Power BI reports before? Let me know how it went 👇👇👇

Yeah, it sounds like a weird issue
