Well, this is what many of you had requested. And what better time. Athletic Greens had invited me to trial their very popular greens powder a few weeks ago. It is a supplement like no other. Hello Jo, I am with you - LOVE bread and pastries and know the bloat you talk about at the end of the day. I try but always fail, LOL. I love how honest you were! If I have sweets in the house I can not leave them alone.
I have trained myself to NOT BUY IT. If I buy a bag of anything sweet - it is gone within a couple of days. I only purchase single portions of treats. No self control if I have access to more.🤷🏽♂

If you put just a bit of water in the pan before putting your Dahl in, the bottom won’t scorch as easily and it warms up faster. Just enough water to cover the bottom, no more. This trick works with anything that has any kind of lentils or split pea in it.

Powdered greens are popular in the US, too. You have access to wonderful food in London. I always lost weight when I was there, even though I'm a carboholic who snacks all day. So much walking! Your videos are exquisite torture for me because I really miss London.
I love the way your whole face lights up when you get your new clothes. The coat is gorgeous and very you. You can wear it in Kent and they will love it.
Jo, I really enjoyed this vlogmas. I, too, try to eat well and punctuate with dark chocolate during the day and sometimes right before bed and brushing of teeth, and carbs are my weakness. Myrtle is too cute.

I do love AG1as it tastes so nice but don't know if I can continue spending £79 per month long term. I will do it until the spring and see.
I did not know you were supposed to keep it in the fridge as I didn't see that written anywhere in the instructions and it actually comes with a silica gel sachet in it to keep moisture out whilst in transit so I doubt keeping it in a moist fridge is the right thing to do.
Also there are markings on the bottle showing you what 8ozs looks like. I fill it to the line, put the scoop in and then just shake the bottle which makes it nice and frothy and I drink it from the bottle.
Lentil Dahl is sooooo easy to make yourself. I make a huge pot of it and then I freeze portions so I have quick nutritious meals that I can just heat up whenever I fancy it.
thanks for that advice...I was spending a fortune on supplements ...so reckon in the end 'one size fits all'...this will be less costly...you only need to keep it in fridge once opened...you dont need to keep the sachets in fridge.

'Love is the drug', love it. I saw a t-shirt that said, 'Surely Not Everybody Was Kungfu Fighting' (I so want one). I laughed so hard, just brilliant I think. Love, love, love the jacket, and that was my fav colour when you modelled them on the day. Not just saying, but I love dahl too. I went to India when I was 29, hadn't really eaten curry, it wasn't a bit thing here 30 years ago, anyway I spent 2 months in India, ordered Dahl (it was homemade, we, my girlfriend & I stayed in a home of someone who rented rooms out, near the Taj Mahal) not knowing what it was, it was beautiful. I then came home and dated (we met on the phone through my job before I travelled) an Anglo/Indian guy born in England, parents from Calcutta, I then experienced the best Indian food of my life, his mother was a BRILLIANT cook, she could make any cuisine, but her curries etc, OMG, out of this world, everything she made really. We were to marry but that's another very interesting/sad story.

I made a lentil dahl with cauliflower yesterday, its made a few portions so Im eating the thing until its gone. Going to make chapatis to go with it tomorrow night. Apart from that Im still looking for a dupe of the "gold skirt" lol!🎄🎆🎄
