    Honestly it’s fascinating seeing how someone tries to understand and write for the guitar without actual guitar experience. You explain things in a way I’ve never considered before playing the instrument. I like it

    You are brilliant for creating this system and I can confirm as a guitarist, that voicing the chords the way you did definitely does sound more realistic. I do believe that if you have access to a guitar, and you want to bring that into your beats, maybe put the effort into learning to play that as well as learning to use this system.

    Thanks for the breakdown - A really refreshing way to approaching musicproduction as a guitarist. All the other concepts seem so foreign, but the to view the notes as they are on a guitar made it understandable. Super nice how you make each note start on an individual step

  • @oqmdnt392
    @oqmdnt392 4 роки тому +21

    Dude, you can see the tablature for any chord on a guitar without all these trouble. The tab shows the 6 strings, the numer of the frets and the finger positioning. But the same chord can be played in diferent spots as there are tonal variations along the scale and that is the part that is really dificult to mimic on a plugin... :) And you do mute strings that don't have a note with fingers :)

    Never mind I figured it out and this is gold. Game thank you for teaching me how to make music. Its been a year since i started but never in my wildest dreams did i ever think that I would actually make a beat and later on entertain the thought of actually putting a track out(though I can't right lyrics, the words in my head sound great until I pull apiece of paper out. Everything just vanishes haha) .thank you thank you, can't thank you enough.

    Great video, something else to note is
    the most common guitar voicing is 1 5 1 3 5 1 so it would be a great default to go for , it's used for E, A, D open and your barre chords, but for G C F open they are 1 3 5 1 3 1 but alot of people change the second 3 to a 5 making it easier to use things like minor and sus chords,
    and for 7th chords we go for 1 X 7 3 5 X or X 1 5 7 3 X
    If anyone give a shirt I could happily keep rambling
