Honestly it’s fascinating seeing how someone tries to understand and write for the guitar without actual guitar experience. You explain things in a way I’ve never considered before playing the instrument. I like it
This is dopeness! Thanks for staying consistent and sharing your knowledge with the community. I recently bought the music theory essentials and man I understand music theory more than I ever have in my whole life! Stay blesssed bro🎶🎶🙏🏽
You are brilliant for creating this system and I can confirm as a guitarist, that voicing the chords the way you did definitely does sound more realistic. I do believe that if you have access to a guitar, and you want to bring that into your beats, maybe put the effort into learning to play that as well as learning to use this system.
Thanks for the breakdown - A really refreshing way to approaching musicproduction as a guitarist. All the other concepts seem so foreign, but the to view the notes as they are on a guitar made it understandable. Super nice how you make each note start on an individual step
Dude, you can see the tablature for any chord on a guitar without all these trouble. The tab shows the 6 strings, the numer of the frets and the finger positioning. But the same chord can be played in diferent spots as there are tonal variations along the scale and that is the part that is really dificult to mimic on a plugin... :) And you do mute strings that don't have a note with fingers :)
Magnificent! I thoroughly enjoyed this! And you are absolutely correct at the end about no one breaking it down as the way you have! I really appreciate it and you do so so much for everyone who is hoping to learn more! 🤘🤘🤘🎶🎵🎶🤘🤘🤘
I really appreciate this I am a guitar playing learning to play keyboard keep this up busy you are dropping gold , please keep on doing so for those who need and appreciate it 👌🏾🙌🏾💯
Never mind I figured it out and this is gold. Game thank you for teaching me how to make music. Its been a year since i started but never in my wildest dreams did i ever think that I would actually make a beat and later on entertain the thought of actually putting a track out(though I can't right lyrics, the words in my head sound great until I pull apiece of paper out. Everything just vanishes haha) .thank you thank you, can't thank you enough.
He wanted the 6th string hit while muting the 5th.. i donnow if it is possible to mute with left hand , im also play guitar , i think that is impossible to do
Sudheer Singh chauhan, Those frequencies are usually reserved for bass and kick tracks in music production. In spoken word they have nothing to compete with.
This gonna change the game! Lol I've been messing with guitar plugins, and I couldn't get close, never played guitar. This will be a new Avenue for me. Thanks for the tip.
This is one of the most useful tips you have ever provided.. i would useally just sit there with my guitar and move the nltes around until its sounds like the chord i had played
@@DaP84 FL studio is a hobby of mine and love messing around with plugins. Compared to DSK and other guitar plugins this one has the best relationship to a real guitar
Brilliant. I play around with real guitars some, but I never realized how complicated they were until I tried to convert the strings to MIDI. This actually works better than other ideas I have looked at!
quick tip, when youre reducing the available notes down to a 5 range, you should leave the open string notes. because guitarists dont always have a finger on the string :) gives you more options
This Is Actually Close To My Approach For Mixing... Understanding The Range Of Your Instrument Makes Everything More Cohesive And Sounds More Realistic...
Yes it may be easier to play the guitar, but if you have FL and the plugins and not the instrument and have no interest in learning the instrument I think this works. I haven't even attempted it yet but just watching opened my mind to how to make a guitar sound not only pleasant but realistic when making my beats. Thanks for an awesome tutorial man!
Great video, something else to note is the most common guitar voicing is 1 5 1 3 5 1 so it would be a great default to go for , it's used for E, A, D open and your barre chords, but for G C F open they are 1 3 5 1 3 1 but alot of people change the second 3 to a 5 making it easier to use things like minor and sus chords, and for 7th chords we go for 1 X 7 3 5 X or X 1 5 7 3 X If anyone give a shirt I could happily keep rambling
The lower notes in Ample guitars activate articulations. That’s where you’ll find your slide articulation that you were looking for. I’m a guitarist and I love Ample’s software. Been using it for years. You gotta check out their bass guitars, especially the upright.

too much sub and not that much bass/low mid frequencies (trap) imo
He kinda sounds like drake

20:13 if you just want to listen on the song lol😅
Thank you🤣
Not quite a playable part, to be honest, unless one uses tapping. Also, the voicings of the chords aren't that great.
🙏🤣
thank you..
scacchomattho What does it mean that the voicing of the chords aren’t great
This is brilliant
Try The new Flex plug-in. General Midi Library: Nylon Guitar. It sounds pretty close to an acoustic guitar.

the only thing missing for this is the actual finger rubbing sound on the nylon that you get when you're switching chords
Technology will never replace craft

why you just don´t record yourself playing?
We do record live guitars. But these VSTi’s are great for training or just capturing an idea on the fly when recording live isn’t ideal.
This is pretty dope big bruh and i always wanna do guitar beats.
Oh wow. My mind was so over the top not blown away at all. It was crazy.
