Some of it we create ourselves by giving life to negative thoughtforms via coming to emotional conclusion about things going wrong like "every time I get into a relationship, this happens" and you have intense emotions backed by future actions on your part that matches that frequency. Anger begets anger, that sort of thing.
It's fun sometimes playing around with manifestations. Being a conscious person I begin to see how everyone's thoughts are all existing together it's freaky but fun. Sometimes I can feel that other people can sense I am energy sensitive person and will use their thoughts to attack me subconsciously or not. I mostly see this happen when I come across a person who has negative energy towards me.

so the ambulances continued and I found out an old friend I was connected to had an asthma attack on the 14th and passed away just today taken off life support due to brain dead. im shocked in so many ways. its hard not to connect those dots...
yesterday my car was parked in front and back by two black cars. Got very sensitive to black since about a month or so. Usually something happens within me or in front of me that I correlate with old stuff or old timeline. But it is not always very clear, but there is definetely a pattern. On one occassion motorbikes with bikers all in black pulled up suddenly out of nowhere as I was filling up my car with petrol. That freaked the hell out of me. Minutes later I was talking to one of the bikers and all did not seem scary anymore, my fear gone for the most part.

It’s part of you so you can’t really fight it hence getting sick you’re beating a part of you. I think the essential thing to do is to hear it, and dematerialize the energy it was given over time.

I also find that if you use tech, speak out loud, write about it, for me it's less trusted than if I only think it and it appears. That's better, as long as your aura (plasma body) is strong you should be able to trust those syncs over anything you let out there... Especially via tech. Just create silently within until you know the exact move then they can't use mimic syncs to vamp you.
Funny you said "haunting"... can a negative synchronicity be a real haunting? There is something in my bedroom that keeps waking me up. I can sense it. Victor do you know why something bad happens, or some problem occurs that tries to stop or make it harder for me to do a project I'm trying to build. I keep seeing stories about child abuse especially from their own parents and it horrifies me. I don't watch news, I got rid of all social media and still somehow those stories find their way in! I have fear that my children will be hurt and I can't take the horror anymore. I'm scared to find out the reason why this is occurring, I don't remember being abused as a child but my parents were. I also find that if you use tech, speak out loud, write about it, for me it's less trusted than if I only think it and it appears. That's better, as long as your aura (plasma body) is strong you should be able to trust those syncs over anything you let out there... Especially via tech. Funny you said "haunting"... can a negative synchronicity be a real haunting? There is something in my bedroom that keeps waking me up. I can sense it. Has happened off & on for quite awhile now, but the last 3 nights in a row I've been barely able to sleep because of it. Terrible dreams too (when I am asleep). Victor do you know why something bad happens, or some problem occurs that tries to stop or make it harder for me to do a project I'm trying to build.

I keep seeing stories about child abuse especially from their own parents and it horrifies me. I don't watch news, I got rid of all social media and still somehow those stories find their way in! I have fear that my children will be hurt and I can't take the horror anymore. I'm scared to find out the reason why this is occurring, I don't remember being abused as a child but my parents were. I guess it's time to find out.

Lady Grey Feather I just want the thoughts and the stories about child abuse to stop, it's so painful to know it occurs and can't do anything to make it stop. I don't think I need to find out, it was an idea but don't know what to do instead. Do I purposely delete the idea of child abuse and hopefully I will end up in a world where such things don't occur? I don't know.
Lady Grey Feather my daughter is 8, I can't imagine not listening to her if she came to said someone abused her. I'm so sorry you went through the abuse and the absolute neglect from your family. My father passed away and my mother and I don't speak so I won't be talking to them about their experience. It could be nothing to do with them, it was just an idea of where the fear comes from and why I attract those types of stories. You know sometimes I wonder if 'something' knows it disturbs me and purposely trying to upset me by showing me these stories to me to stop me from ascending. Maybe it's a part of me that is making that so.

im watching just before bed. what i experienced today was quite interesting. im going to watch this video again 2marrow. im sensing that my negative sycronticities i have bern experiencing lately has a lot to do with tramatic childhood from my religious abusive quack mother. my cells remember her and now i know that i have been carrying her crap inside me all this time and its time to let her go. would yu believe that there are items she gave me before she died years ago that i finally threw most of them away broken in the dumpster? the rest of the stuff is outside on the ground...i don't even want it inside my house. any items that she touched as i went threw the items, I threw a lot of away after i disabled them. about 5 items where sealed in plastic which is ok because her energy is not on it. i did remove the sealed items and washed them and put them back into the plastic.
watching this video provided me the answer i needed how to dispose with the rest of these items. cleansing process...
