How to make Aprajita tea/Butterfly pea flower tea:
Take some freshly picked Aprajita flowers or you can also buy dried Aprajita flowers online.
Add them to boiling water and cover the vessel with a lid.
Let the flowers drain their colour in the water completely.
Wait for the water to turn blue and then strain the tea in cups. You can also add lemon for extra flavour and it changes colour from blue to Purple.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Hello sir, I'm sorry for responding late..if we use this tea in moderation,there are no such disadvantages.There may be in some rare cases stomach pain or nausea,but nothing serious as such.

@@Reman1791 yes you can. I usually add a few drops of honey and lemon as the tea alone is tasteless. Sometimes I also add cloves to the boiling water and then add the flowers to get a herbal tea feeling

Hahaha no no. This is henna stain. We use this like a temporary tattoo. It's harmless and looks beautiful. Unfortunately I'm not a good artist, otherwise you would find many beautiful Designs on people's palms
