That lady needs to stop yapping at the guy who has several lives in his hands. For her, it's was a bus ride. For him, it's lives at stake, and his families security.
At least he was able to control himself enough to not strike people. Work these days is a very difficult thing to maintain with all the layoffs and competition. Anybody can get fired for anything, so having that hanging on top of your head while working and trying to take care of family and responsibilities is a heavy burden.
I get that but I don’t think work is any more stressful now than it’s been in the past. Any time period I can think of had a lot of stressful and dangerous jobs, a lot of which don’t even exist anymore because of technological advancements. I feel for the guy though. And of course that annoying old lady has to start running her mouth, “I’m calling 911”, to say what, “the bus driver is angry”? Good luck lady.

As a person who has used the bus for years i can honestly say the amount of abuse and shit bus drivers have to put with is seriously wrong, so this bus driver has my sympathy.
Well, he isn't kidding. It's usually the jobs most ppl take for granted that are the most demanding, demeaning, and stressful. Bus/cab drives have to put up with an unexpectedly large amount of shit on a day by day basis. Not a matter of if you'll snap, just a matter of when and how much jail time you'll suffer for it.
And for some reason a lot of self entitled people use these services, it's like they see themselves as your boss. I can imagine that woman didn't get her way so she started nagging him.

In Albuquerque they made all city busses free all the homeless constantly ride the busses, they shoplift and jump onto busses using them as their get away vehicle, not me it's gotta be stressful I'll pass!
