    Salted Danish Rolls
    (Ingredients) For 8 pieces
    200g bread flour
    20g sugar
    5g salt
    4g instant dry yeast
    10g unsalted butter
    60g boiling water
    60g milk
    (For the topping)
    60g unsalted butter
    2 tablespoons egg wash
    1 teaspoon rock salt
    Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for 12 minutes.
    If your oven does not rise to high temperature, bake at the highest temperature and watch the browning.
