This whole video was taken in Jakarta, Indonesia. The kids and younger people look up to Brian. He just got invited by our President for he’s accomplishing this couple years. Not trying to be a overproud Indonesian, but he’s one of the best rapper in Indonesia, and maybe Asia. Love the reaction, love from Indonesia
Yeah like you just pick them from somewhere? He had a full band, producer and string section create this for him. What makes that old school when they created this together in a recording studio
That line tho, “That everyone can make it, don't matter where you from”, cause we all know when we say “Asians”, we’re really not known in the “rap industry”, but yeah this guy right here just proved it, Asians can do the same. Shout out to that! 🔥 P.S. Lit reaction man! 👍🏼
I legit shedded a tear watching this, I'm so proud of Brian and I'm so proud to be asian. We never had a leader in this modern day in the the media to lead our people, and now we have Rich Brian. We're so proud of you Brian. It's never about race at all, it's about the art. But, being underrepresented my whole life, it is very moving to see someone of asian descent put out great art. Thank you for the reaction guys
Brian came out of the continent HARD. I hope he gets the media attention he deserves and blows up further than most. He's an amazing artist with crazy skills. You guys went hard with it. The Hip-Hop community thanks you for your positive input.
Been watching you for a long time,I'm honestly really proud of Brian and how big he got. I like the fact that you like him and his work, I'm might be lil' bias('cos I'm from Indonesia),but I think he's one of the most underrated rapper today. He's one of my inspiration, J. Cole, Nas, Em, Hopsin and Brian are my inspiration. Love from an Indonesian yo.🇮🇩🇮🇩
I appreciate that you’re not a channel that listened to this before hand and pretended it was the sickest track ever or trashed it, you really took the time to analyze the lines analyze the artist and gave good pointers this was one of the most real reaction videos I’ve seen. Quality content!
Im glad you guys gave him another chance and he really showcased his lyrical talents in a more serious manner. Please do Lupe fiasco deliver it’s another rap gem where a true lyricist can shine .
The way you guys commentate this video is way I have been subscribed. I only meant rappers that make a mockery in this instance, i didn’t mean you guys don’t review the best hip-hop songs that other channels don’t react to and everything that fits the true meaning of hip-hop. I just meant rich brian mocked rap culture to get into hip-hop.
Glad he's matured and is taking his career seriously! I always thought he had more potential he just wasn't focused! I'll be listening to more stuff from him from now on!
Seeing him on accident on Dat Stick so many years ago (must have been 2015), I thought he was sick. I then forgot about him. Recently looked him up again and man, I'm so proud of this kid, gdamn inspiration.
Really enjoy y’alls videos. Really like how y’all branch out to different genres. You guys should definitely check out “snuff” by slipknot but specifically the acoustic version.
This is my favorite channel for lyrical breakdowns and just appreciating the Hip Hop culture as a whole. I'd love for you guys to breakdown The Lost Tapes 2 by Nas which just released. It's amazing to me so far
Palmolive - Freddie Gibbs ft. Pusha T and Killer Mike (produced by Madlib). PLEASE do this one, or anything from the Bandana album by Freddie Gibbs and Madlib!
Once again, I LOVE your opinion, and I loved this! Brian, seems like a pretty humble kid, so I would love to be supportive. I think this is a WIN! I LOVE YOU GUYS!

THX U 2. I came here to listen different kind of music. Every day for something new. Been Metalhead since 1980s and my "RAP" period was, when 911 was a joke, some DMC were running and LL still was cool J...✌
As someone who watches almost every video you guys drop, thank you for putting me on to this dope song. Please do “The Soul” by Reason or “I don’t want it” by Hopsin And if you’re feeling a little different “Only Human” by Joe Budden, a bit more personal than you guys normally do 🙏🏾
As I Lay Dying - Confined I’ll keep requesting it until it starts trending as a big request. These guys are the OG metalcore band. Very energetic, hard driving with breakdowns galore and nice clean soaring vocal choruses.
Dude didn't come into the game to mock hip hop, dude was a big fan with a sense of humor. He started changing cuz he didn't understand the cultural appropriation at first due to him being from a different country and not speaking English at first. He explains in his interviews, I don't listen to his music but this track won me over
Naw. It was definitely a mocking angle pushing a stereotype when he came out. His beat choices, lyrical content, name change an even his voice did a 180 compared to the shit he came out with. You can't even compare or believe they're tracks made by the same guy if you listen to them.
What I like best about this channel is you guys aren’t genre lovers...you’re MUSIC lovers. I don’t know if either of you is a musician, but you definitely have musicians’ ears...you pick up on details the average listener often doesn’t notice. Keep up the great work...really enjoy your videos.
He changed his name bc his own people found it offensive and it didnt represent who he was it was more just an evolution of his style and who he wanted to be viewed as and that he means business
He surprised me too I wasn't expecting him to put something out this good he really raised the bar with this now I'm actually checking for his next project
i was looking for reactions to this, and i was so excited to see you guys react to this. i think this is rich brian’s best song by far, and also you guys are my favorite reactors through and through, even when i disagree with y’all
Great reaction video guys, very elaborative yet brought in such chilled & relaxed manner. Feels like discussing the plot of a movie after watching it with friends.
Love that you guys look at all music and I love your insight. It gives me pause for ponder... I found you today looking at your reaction to Jolene by Dolly. And I have have binge watched since then. Love you guys♥️♥️♥️
This dude is 19 and coming out with songs like this. He's mad talented, and should be talked about more!
