Same. Lived there back in 87-88. Used to be cotton fields and agriculture. Once a week we would haul the water buffalo to the community well next to where the old original Circle K used to be.
My wife and I just bought a house in Queen Creek, a new development next to Pegasus Airpark, right off Ellsworth. It's not finished yet. Love your videos.
If you love off road 4x4 then this is the place to live. You're just minutes from the open desert, canyons, mountains and lakes. About a 2 1/2 hour drive to Sedona AZ. Just an unlimited amount of rock crawling or mountain trails in any direction from Queen Creek.
Thanks Jeff! I love following along with my Maps app open on my phone so I can get a better feel for the area. We are looking to move in the next month or so (well, as soon as our house sells) and have been looking at homes in the Gilbert/Chandler/Queen Creek area. We just love it down there!
Jeff great video you really captured the essence of Queen Creek, when I first moved to the are I used to ride my bike at Desert Park until it ended at Power😀.
Pan a bit slower please. Prefer brushless car wash. They don’t scratch your car. Nice homes. Thanks for the tour. Do you ever do retirement communities?
Great video. Definitely a lot of growth since I first moved to the area a few years ago and still growing. Ellsworth and Queen Creek rds area soon to grow with strip mall and stores. Ironwood and Ocotillo area also. Looking forward to the LA fitness opening up next month or so in that area. :-) Olive mill across the street from Schnep farms is nice.
Thanks Jeff! Great video. Moving to Arizona next year to be closer to my Mom and step Dad. They live in Sun Lakes. I appreciate all your time and knowledge you have shared in your other videos. You have a great voice and your dog is cute. Hey question..any fleas there? Thanks. Debbie
I used to work at European Wax Center. I loved it! It’s clean and a good place for women to get waxed... some men as well but men insist don’t go often.
Thanks for that great video Jeff! You covered a lot of ground. Arizona is beautiful! Why did I not see any motorcycles?? With weather like that (that’s why I am moving there) why did I not see even one motorcycle?.. and don’t worry folks, I am a laid back older rider, not zipping around like a crazed lunatic darting through traffic.. but seriously where are all the bikes at?!?!
May I ask for insight into the diversity in the area? I know it used to be farm land mostly so curious if you see a broader mix of folks w/ all the new developments.
My daughter is currently lives and works in Tempe and she’s looking to buy a home. I’m going to definitely suggest she looks into QC. She’s trying to convince her sister and I to move to Arizona so maybe I should tell her look for at 4 bedroom in Queen Creek?😂
Thanks Jeff! I was out there over the weekend and saw the new neighborhood at Navuo Station. There are nice homes there too but I heard that they are near a train station. Is QC surrounded by train tracks? Also, does the QC wash cause any flooding in nearby homes? Thanks!
I got another video idea for you. Far East Valley vs Far West Valley. So like Queen Creek/San Tan Valley vs Buckeye. What makes one better than the other?
What’s the word on the 24 extending to ironwood road? Does anyone have any knowledge on when that is estimated to be completed or is it just a fairy tail? I’m looking to purchase in Queen Creek at Ironwood Crossings which I hear is a very desirable community in queen creek and the 24 would help a ton there near Germann and Ironwood!
Used to live there ocotillo and ironwood . Kinda crap/ took for ever to get anywhere but was close to the lakes been a while since I’ve been in that area

Hi Jeff. Another great video! Would you recommend Queen Creek for a single woman? I am looking to buy a place and Queen Creek seems really nice. I am also looking in Gilbert and Mesa. I just was not sure if QC was mostly families. I work from home, so commuting is not an issue. Thank you!
Sandra, yes, Queen Creek is a great place to own a home. There is a perfect home here for every lifestyle, including a single person. There are also a few 55+ adult communities where single adults can find privacy, peace and quiet. I specialize in Queen Creek residential real estate, let me know if you need help finding a home that is just perfect for you. Here is my spotlight on Queen Creek's real estate: ua-cam.com/video/vw3JNzUpj0w/v-deo.html
I used to live in Gilbert 18 years ago I moved to Washington State sometimes I wish I would have stayed there but when I was a kid Queen Creek didn't look like that that's for sure nothing but farm fields and hay fields and cotton field
Bonnie Holman absolutely! We've had sun the last few days. Hallelujah and today's temp (unseasonably warm) was 80, nice breeze. Omg, perfect! Do I want to move? You bet!
Bonnie Holman I’m from Cali Bay Area where we have the perfect weather! I moved to Oregon and terminated my lease in 2 months! The rain and gray made me depressed asf! I was crying everyday. Low energy. Sad. Sleepy asf!!!! Came back to Cali and everytime it rains or gray I am sleepy asf!!! Then when the sun comes back out, I’m happy asf and full of energy! I can’t control it! I’m just too sleepy when it’s gray! So I’m moving to Arizona for all year round sunshine!!!!
@@summerbreeze5758 Hi Summer, I'm from Cali as well and so glad I made the move to AZ. I'm now a real estate agent in the Queen Creek area. Please contact me if you need help finding a home. aarontaylor916@gmail.com
Let me make a correction it's not hay fields it is alfalfa field I know this video is about Queen Creek but Gilbert and Queen Creek combined had the most alfalfa fields in the world look it up
Mickel Biggs body I saw her pictures on new paper and the sign of this town house looked like a basement in country ice cream guy took her and a boy they were little
QC sucks! Way over populated, roads have been under construction or repair for years now. Traffic is almost like driving through LA takes 45 mins to drive 9 miles to work every morning due to road work and freeway traffic. Drive home takes about twice as long. Entire town is nothing but fast food joints, restaurants, and cheaply built track houses. Moving back to Mesa in June, a lot less traffic and car accidents.

What is the big grocery store that ya'll use in Arizona?? Here in Texas we use HEB!!
Very pretty, very clean. I loved the landscaping.
I have good memories of living in Queens Creek back when it was still a small town
Same. Lived there back in 87-88. Used to be cotton fields and agriculture. Once a week we would haul the water buffalo to the community well next to where the old original Circle K used to be.
Looking at San Tan Valley for my next move back to AZ. Thanks for the tour.
Loved this super informative and Beautiful I love ❤️ how you showed everything from shopping to gyms to cars washes thank you 😊

I loved this video. I used to live down there. It was very nice to see the area again.
Hey Jeff,
Great video tour can you do a video of Ahwatukee please.
SUPER!! YES. looking into relocating from CA and that area was suggested to explore
Thanks Jeff! I love following along with my Maps app open on my phone so I can get a better feel for the area. We are looking to move in the next month or so (well, as soon as our house sells) and have been looking at homes in the Gilbert/Chandler/Queen Creek area. We just love it down there!
@Bonnie Holman thank you. And yes, Gilbert is wonderful! We actually bought a house in Queen Creek about a year ago and we love it! Best move ever!
That cool moment when you know the place is well because you live there
Jeff great video you really captured the essence of Queen Creek, when I first moved to the are I used to ride my bike at Desert Park until it ended at Power😀.

I’m really enjoying your all-things-Arizona videos. Very informative. Thanks for taking us along.
How about a video on growing your own food in the desert? Tomatoes, peppers, onions, etc. What and when to plant?
Very informative video for people not from here. Great details.
Lol. Jeff you really like those massage places! Lol. Good visual tour. Keep it up. Have you visited The Wave yet?
I once rode my bike all the way from there to Tempe. Quite an expedition.
They're finally done with road work.... i gotta make a visit!!

Love this video Jeff- thanks, very informative
I like this area
I used to live in queen Creek on Ellsworth, I used to go to all those places I miss it :(
Watch out, a lot of automobile accidents in Queen Creek. They built the houses before the roads..
Ummmm could go on for days about traffic engineering in Phoenix... Let's not start that tirade
I used to work at European Wax Center. I loved it! It’s clean and a good place for women to get waxed... some men as well but men insist don’t go often.
lived in queen creek 15 qc and hawes love it

They are around. Just not very scenic or conducive for riding motorcycles, yet!
I saw a bunch up in Prescott/Prescott Valley!
Lived in San Tan for a year, it was okay. Lots of issues with water. Queen Creek has potential similar to Gilbert area.
San Sss what about Ironwood Crossings? It’s Queen Creek water I’m looking to buy there?
May I ask for insight into the diversity in the area? I know it used to be farm land mostly so curious if you see a broader mix of folks w/ all the new developments.
Great legwork Jeff, appreciate it.
Great video! Can you road bike ride in the mountains or in other words are there roads in the mountains? 👍🏽

Great video!
To bad Traffic in Queen Creek is about 100x worse than this video shows.
Seriously????
Thanks Jeff! I was out there over the weekend and saw the new neighborhood at Navuo Station. There are nice homes there too but I heard that they are near a train station. Is QC surrounded by train tracks? Also, does the QC wash cause any flooding in nearby homes? Thanks!
Shout out to the local Queen Creek Goodwill employees! Best store there in QC
I am pretty sure that was a freshly squeezed lemonade it looks like you had for lunch 🙃
Jack and the box is great. No jackanthe box in northern utah
I got another video idea for you. Far East Valley vs Far West Valley. So like Queen Creek/San Tan Valley vs Buckeye. What makes one better than the other?
All is great , but please start from location on map for each city. Thanks!

Gateway to Santan valley
I read that as Satan Valley! 🤪 😈
Holee crap! Lived there back in 87-88. I don't even recognize it. Used to be cotton fields and agriculture there.
I used to live in Gilbert 18 years ago I moved to Washington State sometimes I wish I would have stayed there but when I was a kid Queen Creek didn't look like that that's for sure nothing but farm fields and hay fields and cotton field
Justin Masterson I'm in Eugene, OR. I'm ready to get the hell out of here! Though, I've been here long enough, mid 80's makes me sweat. :/ lol
It's so clean on the streets there!

Pretty much Jack and the box ..Arizona blahhh
Looks fairly generic to me - devoid of personality. Sorry to be negative.
I love Queen Creek
