I love the decadent selection of ingredients, I mean foie gras, butter, truffle and port.. hello cardiologist! I think the foie gras could’ve been on the bottom and crouton on top Yummy but a bit over thinking this and presentation not so nice. Would I order this? I’ll be honest, yes but to share with another person. This chef will be great but needs some more time.
