I would like to come Canada with my wife to peruse her masters from University of Saskechewan ,I just wanna know some information that, My wife gonna be the First applicant as student and I will apply as her spouse. So, in this case is it necessary for me to take IELTS exam. We have done undergraduate in 2019.Now taking ielts Preparation. I am trying to find business course for my wife . I need low tuition fees university ,subject is not mandatory for us. Would you please suggest me which course is better for us or which university we can select,

So I need your assistance and also want to gather some information about the province. Frankly speaking, I am from a very average middle class family.
