I think at 4:03:06 the black token needs to go in column 3 with the white token? See rules for "Influence two institutions" (p.10): "in an empty space on the top action sheet (in a column containing at least I other influence token)". Great video, very easy to follow, thank you

Thanks for the run through. There is an expansion coming to adapt the game for 2-3 players

They are coming out with an expansion that adds 1v1 and 2v1 to support other player counts.

Re: The Car. I think the rules are pretty definitive on this point. The order in question uses the "rally" symbol, as shown on page 15 (with a Soldati followed by an arrow into an empty circle), because not only do you turn the enemy Soldati, you also move them to your location. This action means that white replaces the two existing green Soldati with two white Soldati of his own, very briefly controlling the area. Then, as it says under the Movement header, "Moving all your Soldati from one area into the area containing the order results in losing control of the original area. ... You will also lose any cars in the original area in this case (so be sure to rally them, too)." Since you can't use the order to rally the car, the car is simply lost at that point, when the units move out. The sentence does not say, "lose your cars". It says lose "any" cars. That phrasing would include the green car in this case. ETA: Or, what Tristan said more than an hour later in the stream.

ON Page 16 of the rules, the Turncoat symbol is identified as a "conflict card" so when it says that losing all soldati as a result of conflict you also lose cars, that includes the turncoat action. The car should go away when you lose control of the territory.

Re:doesn’t stream well…I think it’s pretty good for streaming. The action selection step is a little slow and thinky, but the tile resolution step has a lot of big actions and choices that work great for streaming.

So, when is Heavy Cardboard going to play Twilight Imperium, Europa Universalis, Here I Stand, Virgin Queen or Pendragon the Fall of Roman Britain?

2:00:10 Why green take 5 liras? Green only control 2 labs, no?
Great video btw, love this game.

One more lab is under order token at this point, but still 3 lab, not 5.

When I heared about the game it was an immediate preorder for me. Unique/rare theme and beautiful cover with interesting euro-wargame mix. Once I had it we planed to play this for the weekend. But well our playgroup bounced of the game fairly hard after our first 3.5h (2.5 round) game. One player didn´t want to play it again another said he´d think about it. We decided to play it as a 2 person game the next day, because we had made arrangements and wanted to actually try some other things and give it another shot. For 2 experienced wargamers it playes fairly fine at 2 players. It looses a bit not being able to discuss strategies but it works fine at 2 players. All in all I think it is interesting but just too long for what it is.

I think the rules are such that the car reminds from what was stated during the stream, but I feel pretty confident in saying that if the designer was asked, it would be removed and it’s just a hole in the rules. Feels right that it got removed.

I don't think there is a hole in the rules. The turncoat action is identified as a "conflict" and it says that if at the end of conflict a player loses all of its soldati, then they also lose their cars. It's not particularly well organized in the rules, but all the pieces are there to figure it out.
