So exciting Ross is in your hometown for a music festival. Least he'll be home before you both head off to London in a few weeks. Gonna be a great trip.... seeing Adrienne and taking in all the sights. Hopefully tons of West End shows too. Hahaha. Sometimes time alone really becomes a spiritual time. Experiencing new things about yourself and life plus being able to share it with all those you love.
Yay, we finally got some more Clarinet playing video!!! Can't wait for more Saxophone and Flute videos too. Been a minute. Balance is always they key. Even with being a performer, it's working out all the ways of keeping yourself well rounded (with acting, singing, my instruments, and doing all the fun stuff). Also, networking with wonderful people. Love hearing you play.

Wonderful vlog Sarah, I'm not a runner, maybe a roller with my weight, lol. But I'm thinking the weather has a lot to do with the thought process and how you feel, I know it affects me. The heat especially, and has done so most my adult life. Love the three of you on the bed. See your not alone. The "kids" are so precious.

High temperatures make running much harder! It helps to drink lots of water during the day and hydrate with electrolytes before and after running (and during for longer runs) but even then it will still feel much harder.
This one just felt particularly awful, even in comparison to other hot runs 😬 I can't wait to run in the fall lol!
Hi Hannah 👋 Since I have always lived by myself, never married, I suppose it would seem very unusual to live with someone and hard to get used to. I tend to enjoy the last few hours of the evening, with out distraction, before heading to bed. I enjoyed your clarinet piece very much., It was very relaxing..!!! 🌹 Maybe you can play something for a few minutes next time? Robin did a great job hemming your pants and they fit perfectly. Do you think that you might not have had full energy for your run because your'e getting used to spending these next few days alone? I'l be looking forward to your next video and what you did fun !!
