1. in free roam police always spawn in canyon 2. theres no space enough in canyon to load the busting scene so it teleports you to fortuna 3. Neville has to hide on your minimap and your vision to disappear 4. AI bots are following a loaded track so if you teleport them to different track that doesnt covr with the loaded one they still try to follow the track by going in wrong directions 5. The island you showed on the video is the same one on the south of Palmont, cause lookout point doesnt show the actual palmont its just another city near to it or a previous version of palmont.
