Hopefully with Chevron doctrine being overturned this overreach will be struck down or clarified by congress. The federal agencies need to stay in their lanes and return to their statutory authority.
Doesn't this violate the Equal Protection Laws? Especially because it only applies to small businesses? Isn't the entire purpose invalid because it you make enough money to actually hide money to do "money laundering", then the corporation doesn't have to file the report to meet this unjust regulation?
