Step by step panzanella salad

Wicked easy and damn good: panzanella salad. Its so refreshing and different textures which make me happy.
Salad:
~ 2 cups cubed bread (toasted or untoasted)
~ 1 cup chopped tomatoes
~1.5 cups cubed cucumber
~ 1/2 cup sliced onion
~ 1/2 cup mozarella balls
Vinaigrette:
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
