Awesome Gluten Free Hamburger Buns (and a Post Francine Update)

Today we're checking on the garden after Francine. Spoiler alert: everything is fine! I also have a big project to tackle today that isn't for the channel. Because of that project I want a nice, easy dinner to throw together. So we're giving gluten free hamburger buns a try. They turn out soooo good. I'm absolutely thrilled with these hamburger buns and will definitely be making them again!

I don't know about the pepper plants but those little baby reds are singing to me anyway...super cute. So happy you and garden made it through Francine OK.
I've made gluten free breads, never found a recipe that I really like. This one looks interesting , your buns turned out beautiful.

The tiny peppers really are adorable. I do find the hunt for good gluten free breads to be difficult. These were some of the best I've found.
