Mutton - ½ Kg
30 mins soaked basmati rice - 2 cups
Oil - 3 tbl spoon
Ghee - 1 tbl spoon
Cinnamon stick - 1
Black cardamom - 1
Cloves - 3
Cardamom - 2
Bay leaf
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbl spoon
Green chilli - 2
Fried onions - 2
Paste of 2 tomatoes
Saute well
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Biryani masala - 2 teaspoon
Curd - 3 teaspoon
Water - 2½ cup
Salt
Juice of half lemon
