I like plush. I found smokey the bear, the 3 little bears. Used to collect Flintstone ones-showing my age, holy hobby. I think kids like those finger puppets and actual puppets too. Good for expressing feelings.

I’m starting to get into wearing dresses after being stuck in a sweatpants rut for a few years… love the ones you found! They looked really great on you!
I usually joke that 90% of my dresses are sweatpant dresses 😂 By that, I mean they are stretchy and comfortable like sweatpants but look more presentable going out 😉 Comfort is my main goal!

My grandson calls them stuffies. I guess that is what they call them now in the schools. I'll be checking the dollar store now for those bears though. :)

You probably already know this but Kohls has a line of books and plush characters called “Kohls Cares”. The books and plush characters are usually $5 each. The net profits are used for community well-being.
I do know, but I am trying to find as many as I can in thrift stores. Ultimately, I want them all 🥰

I need those Bernstein bears for my grandkids! They're so cute! I got a whole bunch of Winnie the Pooh plush characters that I gave to my grandkids for Christmas.

I loved Berenstein bear books as a kid. When i was pregnant , I bought probably 50 for my daughter. She is 2 and she hasn't read them yet....but we have a lot!

There’s a thrift store in town that I never get to shop at because I teach during their hours. This week is Spring Break and I am really looking forward to stopping in.

The red, plaid dress that was kind of sheer, could be worn with an "under dress"-like black or red. Maybe even put it over that black dress.

I am currently doing my student teaching in a public school. I was ready to teach immediately, but I wasn’t ready to give up being at home immediately. That took about a year of being by myself at home before I thought I needed to get out around people.
