Pool view : the view is nice but can be noisy for those units on the lower floor.

Recently I went for house hunting as well. Things to consider:
    1) East sun better than west sun. West sun better than no sun. If no sun, then there’s the possibility of the unit being too dark and dampy (smell and etc).
    2) Try not to get unit at the top floor. When it’s hot, the roof absorbs the heat and releases into the unit at night. Not a pleasant feeling. Happy hunting on your new property 🙂

Those condo amenities that look so nice - will you really use them in practice? You think you will but …. Personally I would focus on the unit itself (size & layout), whether the condo location is convenient and a fair price for the perceived value to yourself.

interesting... if i lived in singapore id prolly have the aircon set at 19c-20c n have it on at all times so keeps the house cool... its actually cheaper to run them like that then to shut it off when u leave to turn it on again... cuz its gonna run alot longer to chill out the whole place rather to regulate it... atleast thats how it works with our central air units in america... idk how it works with mini splits... also idk if its higher or cheaper for electricity there... considering peak summer months here its around 300-350usd a month n we get hotter temps then singapore does... we get 42c+ temps n yes we have high humidity... rather pay extra money to feel comfortable then to suffer

One thing my dad also told me to lookout for is the units to lift ratio. If there are man units to 2-3 lifts, the waiting time will be v long esp in the morning when everyone is chionging to work!

LOL ok so highway views = dust? how do u know when it was cleaned up n how many days... surely thats factors to consider b4 having come up to a conclusion... just like people whom dont open their windows in korea cuz of the yellow dust.. they still get dust in the home... i think a more effective measure would be is the wind shifts not every day u get the same wind shifts... if u can compile a hypothesis of it well a estimation cuz all weather forcasters cant predict anything... u might have a idea on what facing condos gets the more dust... then u can factor in closed in or open facing views/highway/ forest n what not
idk i could be shit wrong but it makes more sense in my head then rubbing ur feet or fingers on railings to come to a conclusion 😅😅
