I love Warlord man. Mainly because of his weighty animations and satisfiing sounds, but also the seeming simplicity of his kit, which makes him an unassuming opponent. It feels like he's one of the few heroes, that haven't been changed a lot over the years. He embodies the 'old' for honor for me.
warlord's kit is so simple, bread/and/butter, that you actually have to make some good reads and capitalize on your punishes to play him well. He takes careful consideration and thought because he's not extremely safe, everything he does has a fairly simple counter if they see it coming.
I just noticed the gb parry riposte has different animations depending on the side of the guard, 7 years playing and still learning things like this is funny
Liked the viking fashion last season, not so much this season except a few of the helmets. Hopefully next viking season we'll get even better armors, especially a little more chainmail with that nice leather and they'll be peak teir sets like what the knights just got.
Honestly. As a Warlord main back in the day. I thought he looked cool. He had cool spikey shoulders and stuff. The new set here looks pretty solid. His weapons always looked cool to me. Cool looking helmets too.
