Customer service is phenomenal, I love the Sunday scent drops, they go live all the time on instagram. I love getting to know Kris and Tera. These owners really care about the customer. True north quickly became my go to beard co after first try. Butter is OUTSTANDING. A lot of focus in this video on cologne scents,but for you food scent lovers out there they have that covered also. Shipping is always next day every time I’ve ordered. I can’t say enough about the owners kris and Tera. Super responsive and in a weird way I feel like I could call them friends. We talk often and they are always open to listening to feedback. Positive or negative. A true force to be reckoned with in the crowded beard market. Definitely give them a try if you haven’t already!

I generally enjoy cologne style scents, so TNBC is right up my alley. I have the entire mainline collection, and enjoy each scent. My top 3 so far are Everlong, Earth and Sky, and 1989.I also really like the 3 latest mainline releases: The Lost Boys, Hotel California, and Endless Summer. The feel in beard is great, and works great for me. I enjoy how active Kris and Tera are in various streams, including their own. True North Beard Co has become one of my favorite companies. Great service, great products, their wash is awesome true daily wash. Their support for smaller content creators is great, they’re good people with some great scents. Salem is definitely an awesome scent and they do lots of cologne style/cologne essence scents which I enjoy. Great video Dan and Sam.

First scent I got from True North was Haddonfield! Unique scent profile but one of my favorites that I think can be worn outside of the fall time. Customer service is excellent as well! Great people, great owners!

I love True North! I've spent over 250.00 bucks already so maybe I'm addicted lol. But in all seriousness great oils, butter, balm, and washes! The soap bar is not that stripping at all, I'm wearing Leatherhead today! My favorite mainline is Everlong, and hall of fame is Granny Smith! Great customer service and great people.
The soap might feel smoother, but it still has a very stripping pH of 9-10 though. Too funny with the leatherhead timing for today! Awesome feedback Chris, thank you!

The owner is a really great guy, and the products are awesome! They're made in Toronto, Canada.
I got a couple of the Hall of Fame scents in oil and butter (Root Beer Float and Orange Creamsicle). Really enjoying them, especially the smooth consistency of the butters. I would recommend True North!

For anyone considering True North, I had the pleasure of meeting Kris and Tera (and Dan and Sam!) at the Portland meet up and they are wonderful people that I am proud to support. They kindly brought their 1989 for everyone which was my first experience and I loved the feel in beard and received many compliments. My favorites so far are Outlaw and VS 1874. I am a big fan of anything tobacco or bourbon and these nail it.For a night out I use 2-3 drops but for work I reduce to 1-2 in my short beard because they are strong and long lasting. So far I've gotten compliments on both. House of North is very pleasant, feels great in beard, and is perfect for work. Please give them a try, especially if you're in the New England area and like supporting local businesses I think you'll be happy. Fantastic company run by fantastic people.
True North has been on my radar and list for a while! I got bearded buddies who recommend them often. Never heard a bad word about company or owners. I plan on trying them out sometime in November.

To anyone else super intrigued by Salem, their website describes it as sweet fig, tart and earthy black currant, and musk. I picked that up in oil as well as two soap bars. Like Dan, I get giddy with bar soap haha

Two great humans who are passionate about beard products, branding, quality, and customer service but also like to connect to the community. I enjoy the Instagram lives they do, you can feel the passion in Kris's voice about the products, and scents and doing everything right for his customers. I have a very large collection of beard oils from True North. They are all fantastic and are from both the main line and the Hall of Fame line. (Lumberjack (HOF), Outlaw, Lost Boys, Everlong, Salem (HOF), Candyman (HOF), House of Lords, Earth and Sky, Leatherhead (HOF), Haddonfield (HOF), Dark Spirit (HOF), Bodega (HOF), Hotel California, Endless Summer, and Bearded Savage. I think True North has one of the top 2 beard butter in the beard game. I use deer hunter (unscented) beard butter every night. Soooo smooth, and nourishing. This is one company and owners I have made a connection with both in beard products and as friends. They are honest and committed to the community. I enjoy the beard wash and conditioner, one of the best in the game. I enjoy the unscented version. Love the enthusiasm from Kris and Tera on the weekend drops and detail. I'm OD-ing on beard products 🥺

I was wondering if, for companies that have strong to light scents, that they could label the scent strength on the product itself or at least on the website so we know what to expect.
