I just got back yesterday 6/2/24 from Carnival Horizon. It was a great cruise! I was wearing my melontin at sea shirt. A lady on the elevator asked if I watch .... Rich and Jazzy. My brother and sister in-law cruised on MSC seascape in March and April thanks to A/C casinos. They were impressed by the Carnival Horizon. They said the main dining room food was much better than MSC. 😊😊The staff was super friendly compared with MSC. My 90 year old mother won over $1,000 on her second night on the slot machine. By the end cruise they removed that slot machine. 😊

I’ve driven to NY and stood in the line for the ball drop w/my kids for hours! There was a bathroom close by!! Couldn’t find my car at the end of the night!!!! Had a great time though!

Disney between Christmas and New Year is shoulder to shoulder miserable people. New Year is shoulder to shoulder drunks! There are early fireworks for kiddies and those who don't want to stay up late and the normal midnight fireworks at all the parks. Its so crowded, that at some points during the day and night, they close the parks down to those visitors who haven't already made their way in from the morning/afternoon. Been there once, won't ever go there that time of year again!
