Homeless With A Purpose window cleaning. Parken lot trash removal and power washing store fronts and parken lots. But today's inflation and the cost of livering has to affect pricing. But any ways I'm lost on commercial pricing I live in Oklahoma City.
Try pressure washing trash pads for commercial businesses also. I just started a home services business cleaning windows, gutters, solar panels, and roofs. Been thinking about incorporating pressure washing aswell. Being a full-time electrician doesn't pay when supporting a household off one income. Inflation is kicking ass. I pray you succeed in your journey, my friend. You can do anything in your physical capabilities, as long as you're disciplined and consistent. God bless🙏
Great episode! No matter the business it's always (Sales-expenses-COGS (cost of goods sold) = profit.) This time of year is a great time to look at annual numbers and make price increases in January accordingly.
If you have a establish route and you have to increase prices, what would be a good start for a email or text messages to let your customers know that you have to increase the price
We always let them know at time of the first of the year. I also tell each customer that we raise the increase of 2% over inflation each year when they sign up. ~Jersey 862-312-2026
oh yeah, it depends on the house of course. but everyday there is someone paying that much. you should be making around $85 or more per man hour. if not you should raise up the rates IMO ~Jersey 862-312-2026
