I was thinking about doing this myself but you already did it. Rally Cars have the weirdest sound. Like, wtf is that redline sound? Doesn't sound like an I4 or I5. Also, fun fact: Mudplugger is the only class where the engine redlines at critical boost.
I also heard ATV's, Buggies, Monster Trucks, Muscle Cars and Superbikes redline when critical boosting. The Racing Trucks have unique soundbytes when critical boosting, emphasizing on the supercharger whine that things are bound to going south.
theyre different. if you listen through headphones you can notice they arent the same. the difference is very subtle but stil there. the monster trucks have a grittier boost sound that has a lower pitch by several semitones.
This is speculation. I always thought because the Big Rigs, when using Nos, use a different fuel source that has a more explosive, lighter molecular structure than diesel. Somehow, with it's displacement profile emphasized with being a stroker, it revs higher when Nitrous activates. Undersquare strokers don't like high redlines. With the majority if not the whole roster comprising of modified vehicles, they are likely built to the brim to handle such high output to include Nitrous.
Geez, we are at the same dogshit sound level of Saints Row 2, c'mon. Pacific Rift had them better and talking about "infinite gearbox syndrome" as someone said, Burnout Paradise have it way better. Could have been a great game but it's definitely not as Pacific Rift. Edit: nothing against your video, to be clear. Well done, as I love this type of vids compiling engine sounds of a games' vehicles
the racing truck and supercar engine sounds are my favorite
Another game that has what I like to call "infinite gearbox syndrome." Just when you think the vehicle reaches top gear, BOOM, shifts into another lol
Makes sense for gameplay purposes. Besides, you don't want the car to let you down at the worst possible moment
Man. The muscle sound is great
Justo el vídeo que buscaba, exelente video hermano
Muscle car sounds nice
Big rigs and monster trucks sound absolutely metal in this game.
I like the monster truck sound
Its just perfect
2:11 SUBARU SOUND?
Eso dice mucho😈

Could you do the first motorstorms vehicle sound effects?
I may do it one day I don't play the first ones much but thank I put them on my waiting list
Dirt Bike 🔥
Btw, for some reason, vehicles have different sounds when another player rides.
Yeah. The pov racing truck sounds like a v10, then the opponents racing trick is a v8.
Is it me or big rig and monster truck have the same sound when boosting?
I wondered the same thing when I did these two I said wait a minute when I boost it's the same sound right? I think they do🤔
