I cant tell you how many times I have mistakenly watched you cook when hungry and practically drooled in the process! You are soo inspiring and your voice is very soothing to listen too. Thank you so much!!❤💕❤️

Wow, thank you! I actually haven't thought about that. I might need to arrange something for the future. 😊
I just wanted to tell you that I went to the store this morning for all the ingredients and I just finished eating ,that was such a delicious meal and I will definitely be making it again. Thank you for all of your recipes, I have tried many and they never disappoint !
Oh this one does look good! And fairly simple too! I make Greek chicken skewers on the grill and have it with a Mediterranean rice pilaf. But this looks way easier. Gotta love a one pan meal! I'll definitely try this one. I think I still have a cucumber I need to use. Nice nails too Angelica!
Wow I was just watching this and my mouth was watering. My daughter is currently shopping and called her to grab the needed ingredients . lol This is a must for one of our dinners this week . Thank you 😊
A bit off topic but so many comment on your voice, I have as well. I have a harsh inner critic, but lately I've been hearing your sweet loving voice instead. You are helping with more than cooking 😍
lol I'm watching this video at half past midnight and my mouth is watering like crazy! I usually love all the dishes, but this one was physical! Thank you!
Hi A.!!! I really like this recipe . Sure does look mighty delish...YUMS!!!...Im going to be making this for sure. Thanks for this... Your nails are cute...Great Video!!!...🦋
Greek yoghurt for tatziki is best when its been strained to remove the excess liquid. I cant buy it strained so I strain it overnight in the fridge. Definitely makes a difference. Learnt that originally from " The Scran Line", an Australian YTer.
My yaya and mother always made their tzatziki with sour cream and didn't take the liquid out of the shredded cucumber. To this day I cant really eat yogurt-based tzatziki; it just seems "off" to me. This looks super tasty, though. ^_^
I'm sorry but I had a stroke in August 2024, I am bed ridden and I need a Hoyer lift transfer to help me transfer to my wheelchair. I just got a wheelchair.

I love mint in my tzatziki
Other Greek dishes to make: moussaka, pastitsio, spanakopita and Greek salad.
I like Greek food too. If you want inspiration/recipes, watch Dimitra's Dishes! She cooks all kinds of Greek food.
Looks good. I’d just have to omit the mustard. Any idea what might work in it’s place?
😊

Olive oil gets bitter when you blend it.
I didn't taste any bitterness, but this is good to know. 😊
