- By the end of our South Africa trip, we decided very last minute to add a week in Namibia so we rented a 4x4 with rooftop tent and discovered a little of what this amazing country in Africa has to offer. We were blown away by the beauty of the landscapes and the kindness of the people and can't wait to go back for a few weeks to fully explore the lesser-known places this country has to offer.
We started off by camping a few nights in Spitzkoppe, before moving to the coastal towns of Swakopmund and Walvis Bay. Afterwards we drove on of the most beautiful drives we've ever done and ended up in Sossusvlei, where we spent the next few days before going back to Windhoek where we stayed at Omaanda, a Zannier lodge.

Aww thanks! We don’t fly the drone nearly enough. Always scared to crash into something, but in Namibia there’s not too much to crash into, so… 🤷♂️

En dan kan je misschien Botswana erbij nemen, dat heb ik met mijn vriend gedaan (2 weken moet volstaan voor de rest van Namibië en Botswana)! Daaaar zie je alle dieren :D (Okavanga delta)

How was the 4G working there? Just thinking you booked that first Airbnb on the go. Also do you recommend booking everything ahead? Because I really like to travel with as few plans as possible but might not work in Namibia, never been to Africa:)

No not at all! We didn’t have any special ports and they also didn’t check it! Have never heard if someone having his/her drone confiscated in Namibia tbh! Enjoy ❤️

Boots won't help when on Sand dunes. Barefoot is good. Beautiful though
