    Fresh bell pepper salsa has a potent digestible source of vitamin c & it's helped me come back to life. Blending fresh bell pepper into salsa seems to give me a lot more effective vitamin c than eating multiple oranges

    Oh my goodnes, i just use fresh bell pepper with beetrot and apple n carrot, den i blend it n i add helf lemon n drink, its like a magic my flu is gone.

    They come in orange too I have some. I have red, orange, yellow, and green in my fridge andI juice them with a fruit!!! ❤🧡💛💚

      I heard juicing fruit and veggies lose a lot of the fibres and nutrients. Always best to eat them whole.

    All the information I have researched about bell peppers is that it is very bad for inflammation such as arthritis. I suffer from chronic asked you arthritis throughout my body because of a disability but I eat a lot of bell peppers anyway because of their other health benefits
