JoJo has superb stand users but Dragon Ball is a whole different level. JoJo is more than human, Dragon Ball is made by Gods. The skills of Dragon Ball characters like Goku and Vegeta alone would solo most of the JJBA universe.
In total fight at the same time jojo verse would probably win since they could just give pucci made in heaven all of the corpse parts so he is incredibly overpowered or just use a requiem arrow to defeat everyone (the true power of the requiem is to let the user defeat the enemy)

You can go multiple directions with GER like saying he has infinite speed and saying he can create infinite universes with his death loop to saying he's like building level. Return to zero would still work in dragon ball though, while Guldos time stop worked on two people that were stronger than him and despite vegito beating up buu he still got turned into chocolate which was his hax to begin with. Now obviously this doesn't mean its impossible to scale above GER but the theory that characters as early ass the buu saga would be immune to that level of reality warping and time manipulation is debatable. It's interesting as well because in asb (if you use that as any evidence) GER is able to move around freely when pucci speeds up time to his universe reset. Overall GER is a really stupid stand to scale in general but if I had to argue he probably has the second to best chance at beating dragon ball with absolute wank.
What most people forgot is only stands can hurt other stands and only stand user can see stands so like people with stands can use their stand as a shield and other (dragonball) characters wouldnt be able to see the stand and then the stand could tank attacks like kame hame ha or galick gun

I loved the video but i feel as though you forgot to bring up two or one guy and i feel that if you do some sort of part 2 for this video you should include stairway to heaven and tusk, not because i enjoy them but because i honestly think they have a good chance against characters like end of dbs goku and that one turtle in dragon ball
as much as i like jojo I feel like the saiyan's can instantly clap much of the characters before they can even use their stands

The only stand I can see beating Goku 100% is Wonder Of U since you literally have to be non-existent to be able to escape the flow of calamity
