Rick, your interview with George Benson was outstanding. I would love it if you interviewed Jan Akkerman. You would be introducing a whole new generation to his musical genius. I'm pretty sure he watches your channel - Next time you're in Europe perhaps?
*You work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K into trading from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires*
wow this awesome 👏 I'm 47 and have been looking for ways to be successful, please how??
It's Esther A Berg doing, she's changed my life..
I do know Ms Esther A Berg ., I also have even become successful..
After I raised up to 325k trading with her I bought a new House and a car here in the states 🇺🇸🇺🇸also paid for my son's surgery (Oscar). Glory to God.shalom.
Good day all 👍 from Australia 🇦🇺* . I have read a lot of posts that people are very happy with the financial guidance she is giving them! What way can I get to her exactly ?
How about a Bryan Adams interview and Keith Scott that would be great!
Pearl Jam is coming to Atlanta for a couple shows. I really hope you can get Jeff, Stone, Mike, or Eddie.
Please consider Colin Hay of me at work fame who tours as part of the Ringo Starr all stars. He’s a better guitarist than he’s given credit for. And a great troubadour
Get Dave Abbruzese, Ben Shepherd on
Jamie Glaser would be a pretty good conversation
Sorry we missed you at The Wigwam! We would have taken you out for Mexican dinner!! Was it a private event? Looking forward to more Tommy Emanuel!! Is there anybody cooler?!!!! Love his version of Saltwater.
Watched Pat Metheney vid earlier driving through the highlands of scotland, brilliant work Rick
I went to a dreamcatcher event with Satriani in Vegas and had a blast.
If you're looking for something a little different, Randall Smith (mesa boogie founder) is recently retired and started a you tube channel. He would be a great interview.
Brian Moore has 13 PIN Synth/Midi upgrades available for some of their guitar models.
Never realized that on the Abby Road cover, The Beatles are walking in order of age.
Not quite, Ringo is the oldest
MIKE EINZIGER INCUBUS....TOM MORELLO...ALEX LIFESON AND GEDDY LEE.......those are my suggestions
Great list
Jason Isbell interview, please!
The time would be perfect to interview Geddy and Alex with Envy of Non’s second album release in March and Geddy’s book about his baseball collection in May.
Please interview Sturgill Simpson and Chris Stapleton! And then some country legends: Albert Lee, Marty Stuart, Brent Mason, Vince Gill, Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, Jerry Donahue, Johnny Hiland, Kenny Vaughan, John Jorgenson...Willie and James Burton would also be great!
You got to have former Yankee Bernie Williams on the channel.
MIDI guitar like a Jamstick as an example
Really sad to hear that Clearmountain and many others lost their studios.
Will you be at NAMM Anaheim this year? Thinking of going and would love to say thanks in person!
Being totally honest, I am more likely to click on a thumbnail that's positive, but then, I'm not the average Bear 👋🤠
Jordan Rudess is doing some interesting stuff.
I HOPE YOU GET AN INTERVIEW WITH EDDIE VEDDER RICK. 😊💓🤘✌️
Me too, Rick!❤
Heard you mention David Lynch and not really hearing right, something bad or sad, i come to the laptop, rewind, listen again, my thoughts, he lost his home to the fire, i look up David Lynch and .......
I am devastated. What a ....so sad, i am sad. The world and the art world especially was and is better, with a David Lynch doing his very own unique thing. Selfish i am of course and i hate the realisation of never being able to experience a new film by him.
Godspeed Mr Lynch, godspeed!
Is Brian Setzer a possible interview?
Thanks for all your hard work, the best music channel out there 🙂
Joscho Stephan inverview, please.
I just watched the Maynard James Keenan interview. Great stuff.
Dave Mason would be a fun one! Winwood, Harrison, Capaldi stories.....♥ He doesn't bite his tongue and is a truth-teller.
I bet _soooo_ many people would love to see Geddy here. Hell, I’ll just give him a call. Who's got his number?
Marcus Miller please
Check the new Boss VG800 for latest guitar pickup technology
Some bass stuff in the Beato book would be greatly appreciated. Lets get some more thumpers on the channel.
Intorducing us to the interesting people you know....
I need your help Rick. I’m ill. Crazy times with no sign posts.
Man I really hope some day you can get Neal Schon for an interview
Robert Fripp would be a great interview.
Barack Obama would be a good interview candidate, even if to only talk about his year end lists.
Two words for you
Alex and Geddy
I hope you will have a chance to visit with Tim Pierce when you are out in LA. I know you guys have several videos together already, but it is always great to see you two talking.
Bill Bruford as he is so articulate and knew Alan Holdsworth
Angus young would be awesome👍
and of course, while in LA, you interview, talk with Tim Pierce? I hope......
Rick, please check out Terry MoJo Johnson Guitars. I know you will love him! Flexible Musician. But he is struggling to get his name out. He's a little younger than me, and I'm 65. He makes unique guitars, also.
Any chance you will interview Derek Shulman (former Gentle Giant) on his career as A&R and Record company executive?
The title should be brash, not necessarily negative. If one's titled 'The greatest guitar solo ever' people check it out because its a sensational claim so they're curious.
We cannot all be doctors or lawers, most of us are just regular day to day works, I feel music is the same, I enjoy listening to thought prevoking and intresting music, Holdsworth, chic Corea, classic. if some cathy pop song grabs my attension I listen. I dont knock it even thoughI find a lot of repetive rubbish. If can't understand great music , stick to what makes you happy
Ken Haas of Reverend guitars, and/or Joe Naylor would be solid interview candidates.
Bireli Lagrene!!!! Merci
Hi Rick, please can you tell us about the harmonium / organ below the Beatles photos 👍
🎸⚡️
Its not whether it's jazz or rock or pop or country or classical It's how it makes u feel when u hear it And Alan H makes me feel like I've taken an interesting journey to a special place
Still hoping for the Desmond Child interview.
Hey Rick you introduced Holdsworth to me early on in your Channel thank you- 🙏 I don’t use or like Spotify but I picked up Road Games on vinyl - the shop owner didn’t know about Alan and was shocked when I told him he was EVH favourite guitarist(which I learned from you) lastly it was really cool to see that Alan thanked Eddie on the albums liner notes!
please interview trey anastasio
What about Tim Pierce?
Greg Lake would have been a great interview ! Life's to short to be negative all the time...
Per Gessle or Mark King
Ted Nugent would be very interesting. And don’t worry, he won’t get political with you because your channel isn’t political.
I signed up for your newsletter. I keep mentioning you to all my friends, especially people who want to learn to play the guitar.
Hey Rick, you any relationship to George Beato on ocean avenue massapequa. My wife’s family were friends. She has memories of the Beato family. The bad news is she married a failed musician unlike you alls. I still have fun. But she remembers your family…if it’s the same Beatos
Hi Rick, love the channel and all you do. I will be at NAMM on Thursday and will look for you.
Not leaving Rick. Whatever you do we will all watch and listen intently as we always do.
Nice to see artist so happy to be on your show, so looking forward to Beato Beat Podcast.
Itʻs in the name already and weʻre here for it.
Your ‘color’ is much Berber after your procedure. Stay well
So happy to hear you'll be presenting more conversation with Daniel Lanois!
Love Randy Johnson!! Lived in Phoenix when he won the World Series with the Dbacks. He paraded the World Series trophy at a U2/No Doubt concert in PHX.
Patti Austin
More Tim and"Luke " love listening to the stories.
George Lynch, Marcus King, Brad Paisley, Adam Jones, Herman Li.
Hey Rick, very recently my UA-cam algorithm recommended me a new channel - I very rarely check out new channels but this intrigued me. Make Weird Music. He highlights some really good music that is not the norm. Some of it, yeah, is more artsy but some of it is very interesting. I've found quite a few contemporary bands that I'm really digging. I mention this because I think it would be a fresh take and something fun for you to possibly do... once a month, he currates a list of old and new music to check out. You could even do it as a podcast so it's all audio based.
Anyway just a thought. Cheers.
goodmorning rick is how are you can you take the time to dis spark grid am like to know what you find from the spark grid
greets peter the nehtland rotterdam
Hey Rick, you should get your bucket list interview with Alex and Geddy!
As a Canadian, Yes. I would love to see Rick interview those guys.
I’m not Canadian, but still want to see/hear that interview!!
Co-signing this request.
Please! Let’s make this happen in 2025!
Holy crap. You were literally in my backyard at the Wigwam. Hope you enjoyed it.
You should interview Chris Tapp at least from The Cold Stares. Great story. Two people starting out had a guitarist and a drummer only. Added a bass player last year.
Do what you like.
Your theory may be correct in general, but I see enough negativity in the Net, so that doesn't appeal to me. I'm sure there are others in this minority too...
Just signed up for the newsletter Rick. Can't wait for the 5th. Fantastic idea and direction. These interviews are amazing and will serve as a historical record moving forward through history right along with Keith and 5 watt world and others.. history will be kind to your work my man. Best of luck from the Adirondack mountains in upstate NY 🤘🙏❤️🙏
BUCKETHEAD!
Interviews are your channel... no interviews and your channels will sink faster than the titanic...
I think Randy has one of Neil Peart kits
A tech-tip re: videos. When videoing yourself, look at the LENS and NOT at the DISPLAY!
How many subscribers do you have?
Haha! Thank you!!
Honestly guys do you agree with me Myles Kennedy Billions Times much more better than Taylor swift katy Perry and all pop mainstream singers in everything vocals voice vocal range singing guitar skills songwriting etc...
No. Billions is such a huge exaggeration I can't get behind such a comment no matter who the two people you compare.
@reasonsreasonably that's true but much better than them
Disagree. He’s OK, but not a huge fan here. Not a huge TS fan either, but her songs do connect with her audience. At the end of the day that’s what it’s all about. Myles has his peeps: you’re one. The reality is you & I have opinions, but they are meaningless in any context but our own. But judgments of better/worse, good/bad by “billions of times” is way too subjective, right?
Taylor is a much better musician than you give her credit for.
Yes but talent lies within those others you mentioned as well. Personal choice is pushing you in one direction. I like some of all of their work and will see Myles Kennedy next month live. 🥳
