2004 Toyota sienna shifter quadrant lamp replacement

Without removing the lamp base from the shifter quadrant. It's very very challenging to get of these lantern bulbs to drop into the fixture I show the base can be easily gripped, twisted and pulled out for easy lamp replacement.
