Man watching this build series really gets my gears grinding. Been a turbo z31 owner for 7 years an Ive been following you when you were still auto! You spent really good money on those parts, an I get it. Aftermarket parts needs custom fab work. But my word, that's a lot of money for parts to not be "bolt on" good work man, you have patience! I was frustrated just watching
Josh you definitely didnt have to cut the flange or dipstick tube, the dipstick tube is supposed to tuck in between the runners and the opposite side of the flange. Its easily bendable for clearance. Also i have stated before on the valve cover, the pcv or an fittings if you add them have to be moved. However the customer i originally sent that intake to must of threw in differnt bolts because it should have come with all the bolts for the coils an mounting on the intake.
Hey Josh, builds looking great man! Excited to see what’s to come. I have a question for you. I’m wanting to replace my clutch and was wondering if the “Perfection Clutch MU476201C” I have a non turbo 84 with the original transmission.
Do you think you could let me know what size the runners are and the collector is for the turno manifolds. Im trying to weld up something similar and I want to know what size those are since those look like a nice size. and sorry for that the intake doesnt fit good.

just get an exedy one off rockauto. those are pretty much what everyone runs.
Yes that one should work fine, personal preference is exedy.
@@mosesjay1732 sounds good. I’ll take a look at the exedy clutch too. Thank you for the info.
Disappointing fitment on the puckerfab parts

The runners are approximately 43mm ID 49 OD and the log is 55 ID and 61 OD
@@TheZGarage Awesome! Thank you!
Where did you get those red cam seals?
Assuming they’re OE since it’s you lol
I believe they're Mahle seals. Not quite oem, but I have never had any issues with Mahle
