Im 6‘4 and I have problems juggling I have been learning since 6 years. messis short he is 5‘7 only it may be a bit easier for him to stay balanced but my coach told me, that I should try lowering my center of gravity (bend my kness etc.) I‘ve tried it and honestly I became a bit better. Thats a nice tip I can give you taller folks you can try to go lower so its easier to balance in the beginning and if you become better you can try juggling normally but I still prefer bending my knees for a lower center of gravity
