That infinite nightstick happened probably because pistol actually drops 16 bullets, and if you don't have a pistol, gives you one. So game probably thinks that security still has pistol and not baton, so instead of 16 pistol ammo, 16 baton ammo spawns.

Sometimes when you switch to Trevor, you will find Ron standing in Trevor's front yard shooting at two Pisswater beer bottles, and complaining about the sight on the gun that he is using. If you somehow destroy those bottles, such as shooting them with a sniper rifle, Ron will stop responding to Trevor's presence, and instead go do something else. Depending on the time of day, this action will vary. If it is in the late afternoon, early evening or night, he will go onto Trevor's porch and grab a pair of binoculars to scan the sky. If it is during the day, he may just walk off at random to do nothing. However, if he chooses to do this, and begins to walk toward the hotel behind Trevor's trailer, if you bump into him using Trevor, and have blocked off Trevor's front gate, Ron will turn around and eventually walk back onto Trevor's porch. At that point, however, he will usually do nothing but sit on the porch swing silently. At any time after you destroy the bottles, if you use an explosive within his range but do not kill him, he will panic and run away. Additionally, if you gain a one-star wanted level or higher, leave but stay in the area, then return, Ron will immediately run away in a random directly as fast as possible away from Trevor's trailer.
back in the day I really really liked watching whatever57010, I watched his ENTIRE series of "ALL Possibilities" where he does literally every possible thing you can think of in every single story mode mission. It's very lengthy, very interesting and at the time, very unique. seeing 2 of my favorite content creators collaborate, really is very epic to me

Don't know if you've covered it already, but the division barriers on highway offramps actually crumple like they're supposed to. There's an example by the casino offramp on the northeast side of the city.
I think the reason behind this is that originally, these lines were to play right after meeting a friend, but someone did not feel like programming it in such a way.

I presume the way the script works for making the guard use a gun or baton is the AI has to see if the player is using a ranged weapon or not, and that it defaults to a baton if it cannot determine which weapon the player is using (which I presume uses the same AI where NPCs can see the player, but when the AI is in a downed "writhe" state, they cannot see the player). This at least explains why it chooses a baton and not gun when he's down. As for why it keeps spawning it, because the script is probably trying to enforce it have a baton whilst the nature of being in a downed "writhe" state also forces the character to drop its currently equipped weapon. In other words, that specific mission AI script and general AI script applied to all human NPCs have two completely opposite intentions causing it to loop each other until death.
That security guard has loads of bugs, on of the weirdo ones I’ve experienced is the door of the car automatically opening and closing if the player far enough away
I assume the guard changes weapons by first having the game remove his current weapon, then spawning a baton on him to get him to pick it up and use it. When he dies, for some reason the game tries to remove his gun and spawn a baton on him for x amount of time (once every couple frames or something) before giving up.
I’ve been replaying GTA V after seeing some of your videos resurface on my feed. Found something I’ve never noticed before. Not sure if you’ve covered it before or not. In the early game when random encounters are frequent, you can encounter a showdown between county sheriffs and criminals at the hotel in Harmony. There are two cases you can collect worth $5000 each I believe. Typically, if you wait for the shoot out to end (cops will win) and try to collect the cases you will get a wanted level. If you wait until the last gunman is down (mortally wounded but not quite dead - still moving a little bit in his final moments) and grab the cases, you won’t get a wanted level (at least I didn’t when I did it today). I still heard the line from the sheriff about not touching the evidence, but I drove always with the cash free and clear.
On the Bureau Raid Norm can also survive if u pick 2 inexperienced gunmen, with Norm being in the 1st slot, the gunmen in the 2nd slot will die instead. If Norm is in the 2nd slot he will die.
I knew about the plane crashes but had no idea *why* they happened, just assumed the flight paths were bad and/or not adapted for such large planes when they added these to the environment for the past gen release.
