I'm from Germany and we also differentiate between North and South America. Interstingly there are also countries in which they combine Europe and Asia to Eurasia as one continent. I guess its hard it clearly say what a continent is and what isn't.

To remember the difference between Nicaragua, and El Salvador just read the writing in the centre of the flags. 07:42 says republica de Nicaragua.
