loving my 77 inch s95c. it was 1k more than i'd like but the colors are so nice for gaming :)
Hi Kg I recently bought a Lg g3 how can I verify if my tv has the green tint do you recommend a specific scene or test?? Thanks
Since LG has an issue with dimming the picture in game mode, why not show it in standard picture mode with MLLA on as well? Is the performance as good or worse than being in game mode?
How can you tell which gen screen you are getting?
I don't know why but your camera that records the TVs is gray gray, I have an OLED panel but it doesn't show black but gray Is there a way to solve this problem in the next tests?
My s90c will be delivered Wednesday 22nd November, do you know if it will have a gen 2 panel?
Seeing the second best QD Oled from Samsung holding its own against the very best from LG says a LOT!!! Not to mention gaming features and performance. And all that for around $1000 less. To me, the Samsung S90C is the TV of the year in terms of dollar to performance ratio…. That is the one I’m buying!!!
I’m trying to decide on the 77 s90c or lg c3 77
@@ltxdaniel there is no contest there. While they are both intended to “compete” against each other, the QD-Oled is way ahead for the regular Oled found on the C3. Samsung simply went beyond everyone else with this new screen generation. In fact, the difference between the S90C and the S95C is can be so little at times, it almost makes no sense in getting the S95C when you take their respective prices into consideration. To me, the S90C is the one.
I believe the only two TVs that might be considerably better that the S90C will be the Sony A95L and the G3. Of course, their prices will also be considerably higher as well.
In my country G3 is like 1300 usd and Q95c is like 1000. It's not that much of a difference.
@@559925I went with the g3 just for webOS alone. But it’s also brighter than the s90c has a better form factor and it comes with a 5-year manufacturer warranty on the panel. That warranty alone justifies the $300 imo. The s90c may have more color saturation but it’s over pronounced, I prefer a more realistic picture.
@revotuberacer what is this foujddd upon? C3 and s90c are basically identical on rtngs
Hey kg could you share S90C game settings you used in this video?
G3 have a pink tint? In screen white, yellow, etc.
Is it safe to buy are 65inch s90c is durable for long term
Great video KG, what size G3 do you have? My biggest concern is the 77 is much better than the 65 (which I need) in terms of panel uniformity and quality.
Thanks! I reviewed the 55 typically they are all very similar in picture quality regardless of size with the exception being the 83 of course since it doesn't use MLA.
I wonder if it's still the old panel in the 65 inch size
with all the oleds, which one has a better handling of darker details? that's the one thing I dislike, the term is crushed black (am I right?)
I would love to see the comparison from the Neo QN85C vs last years model
What is the demo video? have link?
Can you send link for the video on gaming on the lg please
These comparisons are without adjusting the settings?
is your G3 updated ? I still notice the green tint on the whites but it's supposed to be solved by the latest update
Well illustrated, Thank you
Thanks for the great video KG. In your opinion which has the better picture quality, TCL QM8, Sony X95L or the s90c. Thank you so much. Peter
Thanks! I would lean towards the S90C of these 3.
@@TechWithKG Thank you KG
Just got S90C, everything is great exept one issue, every time i turn off my tv it resets both my monitors, it would not be problem with 1, but i have 2 monitors, got no idea how to fix it.
I have atm TV connected to PC via hdmi 2.1, and 2 monitors via display port. Every time i turn off my TV, both my monitors blackout for few sec and only primary monitor goes online, secondary stays off until i turn on tv back again or enable it in nvidia control panel, is there any fix so i can have both my monitors on at same time when i turn off tv?
I'm no expert but that sounds likely to be a Windows issue. Did you ever find a solution?
The depth of color in the S90C just really brings me in more than the G3. My one concern is the pink tint on the S90C. How noticeable is it in person? I didn’t really catch it in a retailer. But I can usually see it on UA-cam. Is it just the camera picking it up? Same question with the green tint-G3
No pink tint on mine. It's feckin delicious. And I didn't think my ps5 and series x could look so good. I was emotional the first time I played cyberpunk on it.
How are the blacklevels on your S90c?@@paulmidgley8040
lg has POP 3D , SAMSUNG NO!
Great review, after looking at a lot of reviews i am thinking i need to go oled do to the fact the qm8 and u8k are great but not enough of an upgrade over my ks8000 any thoughts thanks
Ks8000 is old time for an upgrade
I also have the KS8000, I recently bought the s89c and am a bit disappointed with image processing in movies.
@@DeeMaccc When you say "processing in movies" could you explain what it is you're referring to? Is it the motion processing that you're dissatisfied with? Or just the overall picture clarity?
Kg I'm looking to get the s95c this week but had a few questions one of them is have they fixed the hgig with a firmware update and does the tv upscale games to 4k in game mode? Also how is this tv with firmware updates in general so far have samsung improved a lot since last year as I don't want my tv to be downgraded with firmware updates? Love the channel bro
Don’t get the s95c as the box causes drop outs and the screen will flash off. It’s not good!
Only difference I see in the panels is the G3 seems to have brighter Whites. I just don't know if which is considered more accurate.
It would be awesome to compare S90C to LG G2, since they are similarly priced.
S90C is better. Comparison done :)
How are the blacklevels in the s90c? do you have one?@@mallanh1
It just me or do the Blues always look Purple in the S90C?
The color temperature on the Samsung looks super warm
Managed to snag the s90c 77 for £2100 after cashback. Arrives Monday.🎉
Any idea how kuch the second gen panel will help? Less prone to burn in etc?
Could you use the ColorControl app on PC to keep peak brightness in Game Mode on the G3? And if so, how would that compare to the S90C? I feel like they would be a game changer, but I also don’t know if that would void any warranty.
I got 3 months ago the LG g3. I don’t recommend because when I play ps5 and after a while playing it shut down by it self and that bae function where you can’t customize the picture quality it’s lock . The LG guy came to my house check they don’t even know what’s going on , he went through all the setting but could figure cause. So I’m waiting to get replacement
I have a Sony 65" TV in my living room and for gaming I picked an OLED LG monitor the burn in prevention in their OLED drove me to choose LG above all other brands
Should I keep the 55" S90C I got (unopened) or return it and get the 55" LG C3 for $200 cheaper? I still can't decide.
S90C is worth the extra imo
The LG appears to have more details and more accurate colors. Or at least it appears more natural to my eyes
Same when I saw it in store. I'm most likely getting G3. S90C was my second pick, but the G3 just looked like you were looking through the screen and I'd say S90C looks slightly more unnatural to those like me with sensitive (to many things) eyes. And what he's saying about game mode made no sense
I totally agree and feel the same after seeing them both side-by-side. When the G3 on the right has a better picture, brighter, more details, and is more realistic looking than the S90C on the left, but someone says "The S90C is more accurate according to the computer", I always ask "who programmed the computer?". 🤷
I use a tv as my pc monitor, and wish that KG’s reviews and comparisons included pc gaming. From all the YT reviews I’ve watched, Samsung’s qd-oled triangular subpixal layout doesn’t work well with rendering text, causing a lot of coloring fringing above and below letters. Also, I wish that Samsung did support Dolby Vision, though I’ve seen reviewers make compelling arguments for both sides of that issue.
No issues with text that you would ever notice. None. Zilch. Speaking from experience owning a S95C. I also wish Samsung had DV support though.
Loved this comparison KG. It was one that i was really looking forward to.
I saw the G3 in person for the first time along with the S95C. I'll tell you, if i hadn't known that the G3 was an OLED i would have thought it was an LCD. I can't see a reason to go the LCD route any longer.
The 95C along with the 90C were amazing too and i could barely tell them apart to be honest. The 95C may have been a hair brighter in some scenes, maaaaybe.
In the end, my eye was continually drawn to the LG due to brightness which surprised me.
What are your thoughts for a non-gamer watching UA-cam, sports and movies between the 95C and G3?
Happy for you for what you are doing with your channel. Much continued success.
I want the G3. I have the S95b and its very bad on reliability , also Samsung has a one year warranty whereas LG has 5 years.
G3 performs mediocre in gaming. Lacks colors and brightness. In movie modes, G3 does not come close to QD-OLED colors anyway. Brighter, yes, but white light only coming from the white subpixel drowning the other colors even more. QD-OLED has like 3-4 times the brightness on RGB subpixels, which is why colors are way better. Stop with the BS. LG have same warrenty on all like Samsung. Only G series gets 5 years and it's limited warrenty (you pay after 3 year for any cost). A, B and C series have shittty warranty.
@@Dr.WhetFarts Samsung is shit on reliability. So if you want to enjoy your tv for 9 out of 12 months then yeah go for it. The tech is not worth it at this early stage. Once Samsung shows some constant reliability then I’ll give it another shot. I just don’t see myself on the phone with Samsungs international reps AGAIN
@@Dr.WhetFarts oh and I’m on my 4th LG oled, ZERO calls to LG. Samsung not even a year of ownership and can’t even count the amount of times I called to argue with them

Does anyone know how much more bright is S95c than S90c in film maker mode?
I was also considering the S90C but in the end settled witht he C3.
Yes, more expensive and sure the S90C is a fine TV.
But I just dont like the oversaturated Colors, I like the more natural look of the LG OLEDs all a long.
I dont know why all go crazy about brightness now when watching in darker rooms or at the evening anyway most of the times.
I use my C3 on like 40% brightness for Normal Content and between 60 and 80% for HDR and Gaming 🤷♂️
Dont need the full light flood in my face, that's hard on my eyes 😂
The Software/Interface of Samsung is not really to my liking and many people complaint about quality Issues.
I love my C3 and to me it has the best picture in this Price Range for my Liking.
Love it and can higly recommend to just go by whatever you personally like more and not what some measurements or whatever say.
That just made it unnecessarily hard for me for no reason. Wanted the C3 from the beginning...
I have a 65” C3 that I purchased on launch, just moved into our new home and decided we needed a larger size for the main living area so opted for the 77” s90c being that I already have the C3…why not see what Samsung has to offer. And whoa! Two very different televisions! I wouldn’t say one is better than the other but they both display pictures very differently even when calibrated. Highly depends on what kind of media you watch and what you’ll use them for. In our main living area, we’ll mainly be watching HDR movies with my Sonos setup, plus the room is covered with windows so very bright. I just knew the 90c was the better option for my scenario at least.
@@chrismiranda5648 ye it always comes down to your usecase, that's the point I was trying to say.
I just like Natural easy on the eyes watching and Samsung was too flashy for me.
And i mainly watch Anime on Crunchyroll or UA-cam or sometimes a movie maybe from prime.
I dont even have the 4k FireTV 😂🤷♂️
Now I also bought a PS5 and for the games I play the picture is absolutely amazing!
As long as everyone is happy with his choice and when reviewers just state objective differences everything is fine to me. 🙂
@davidz6576 It's not oversaturation. C3 colors is just worse than s90c.
@@frankreynolds9930facts. But anything you watch after owning a QD-OLED looks dead 🤣 this tvs ruined movie theaters for me
Its just personal preferences, like always.
Sure the s90c looks fancy and stuff, but measurements dont indicate a lack in Color saturation to me...
But whatever, I am happy with the C3 and dont want to own the Samsung at all, hearing about all the quality issues and problems with first gen panels and whatever.
+ The Software I don't like.
It is always fanboy shit it seems. Some like LG, some like Sony, some like Samsung and some like the cheaper options, who cares. As long as everyone is happy with his choice 🙂
Why do the whites look pink on the Samsung?
Liking the G3 more here KG. I enjoy the brightness. KG which tv gives the sharper upscaling?
Rtings scored upscaling on the s95c higher than the g3
LG have bad upscaling in general.

S90C is a much better option imo
@@TechWithKG I see, Thanks .
Nice review... I had both TVs in 2023, but had to return S90C, specially once you have experienced G3... unparalleled and exceptionally crisp and bright display of G3 is faaar superior than Samsung... MLA just makes the display much more crisp and brighter... moreover, samsungs software gave a hard time, its slow and is stuck at times, have to plug it out and plug it in to reset... never experienced that with LG G3...
Ambient mode of samsung sucks... whereas LGs screensavers are more friendly...
gaming mode is very similar for both...
I ordered a 65” S90C, 99% for PS5 and XSX. It was so much cheaper than the 65” G3.
I'm had both too and did the opposite. Samsung was better for most hdr for me and especially in gaming. I did like the bright white with the g3 and the build quality as always with the g series. But 77 s90c was 2000 for me and the same size g3 was not worth the 1500 more.
Just use FFM for gaming to get the pixel colour boost
I'm not sure how can you see that s9Oc has better colors when your video shows better color on the G3.
I bought the S90C two weeks ago, and it's absolutely incredible, even with the out of tue box settings. I spent 30 minutes applying some suggested settings from another youtuber and IMO it looks better than both of the displays in this comparison.
Share the video or settings please.
I'm a little confused about the gaming part...didn't exactly make sense. I'll say after seeing them both in store, G3 definitely gave me the feeling I was looking out a window, not at a screen. Sorry, for me that can't be beat. Although S90C was my second choice in the whole store (well, I didn't look at any insanely expensive models in the "dark room" lol)! Can't wait to get G3 hopefully in coming months
I watch movies via streaming apps, watch footbal, and no video games. Also. How does SD upscale as that's important to me too. So Which would be best between 77" LG C3 and S90C?
I know it’s been a month… my understanding is that LG does a much better job with upscaling. Cheers.
@@whillb I ended up getting the LG after all. Love this TV
@@suaverp2170 I'm going crazy between the S90C and C3! Lol.
@whillb I love the C3 watching anything. The OS is not my favorite, and I miss Sony for that part. So I'm still getting used to it. However, the picture is amazing
Surprised you said Samsung for gaming Dolby vision on the Xbox x is a huge miss
It looks to me that the whites are whiter on the g3. Is this shown in real
I'm confused, every other reviewer ive seen has put the G3 as the gaming TV of the year even when comparing to the S95C.
Personally I find that longevity matters most to me so I’d go with the WOLED, if it wasn’t a factor then qd oled all the way, it’s just the qd oleds burn in MUCH faster than lgs woled but at the cost of vibrancy and a bit of brightness
The gaming brightness is identical. I think lg fixed it in an update
does the higher brightness translate to better handling of darker areas?
G3 crushed more shadow detail than S90C
@@TechWithKG that's a bummer, and g3 is expensive. I'll check on s90c, thanks.
I saw the s90c next to a c2 at the store that day. What I noticed is that the 3d depth on it in a bright room is non existent. The c2 looked 3d and so did my c1 at home. For a fair comparison I only played videos from the hdr x channel on yt. Now I'm not sure about the depth differences in a dark room but it was definitely lacking in a bright room. That for me is the biggest disadvantage on the qd oled the color was amazing though. Im surprised that no reviewer has mentioned the lack of depth on the s90c.
This is the second comment on the G3 having more depth, which I prefer. It's why I can't nerd out when aome shows me their 240hz monitor. The flatness just makes me not want to keep looking.
@@Sonola777 yes it's crazy how the reviewers avoid talking about it. Maybe white bias lighting and adjusting the settings will help increase the depth in a bright room.

S90C absolutely destroy any C series model. C3 looks identical to C9, an almost 5 year old TV. LG did nothing for C series in years. B and C series look almost identical. G series is far better.
is the LG c3 a big enough upgrade to get over the c1?
G?
I am wondering the same thing. I have 48” C1 & I wanna upgrade to 65” C3
C series no. Mid-end OLED. Nothing happend for C series since 2019 models. C9 to C3 all look the same and none of them can hit 1000 nits still. Don't even consider buying an OLED which can't hit 1000 nits in 2023. 99.9% of HDR content is mastered for 1000 nits.
Difference is not big but is noticeable, C3 has a newer panel and better CPU. So it should be a slightly brighter and better image processing for lower quality input.
The G3 looks amazing on movie content.
Is this comparison still relevant to the 83 inch panels?
No 83” S90C is not QD OLED and 83” G3 is not using MLA.
Only reason I'm even considering switching to the S90C is because of the chrominance overshoot that you get with W-Oleds. Almost all TV shows these days contain a lot of dark scenes that are compressed and these really do not look good on W-Oleds. This is not something you mentioned in your comparison. Also wondering about reflections - I know the earlier model Samsung's looked grey in brighter viewing conditions - is this still the case with the S90C?
From my understanding.. S90C might be little gray-ish.. because the coating on the screen, and might be because the QD-OLED (1st gen)
But this only appear in mid-high lightening in your room
So, recent S90C (late 2023) already using 2nd Gen QD-OLED (which doesn't have this issue according to some comments)

Tbh I would get an s90c all day. I prefer that image I don't want an overly brightened oled that has issues in low luminance color. Which is literally my favorite part of an oled.
It’s the problem that has plagued LCD TVs, great bright and poor darks.

My issue is samsungs lack of dolby vision support otherwise id have one. I never thought id care about dv until i got my lg cx. Now never would wanna be without
Who cares. QD-OLED with HDR10 looks more impressive than WOLED using DV anyway.
I bet if you had a dolby vision next to hdr10 you wouldn't be able to tell the difference
@@info_foxHDR 10+ is comparable to DV. HDR 10 is lesser, and some discs will default to regular HDR if the TV can’t output DV

get an 83 C2 for under $4k
QM8 is an average tv at a good price. Even the most entry tier Oled is superior from any manufacturer.
TCL and Hisense have poor processing, this reflects in motion and gaming they are very good budget tvs for watching tv all day long and good for streaming.
After owning higher end lcd or even Oled, I cannot recommend anything from TCL/Hisense as your main display when spending that kind of money $2k+
What dont u like about the Qm8? Is it the color volume?

@@micker9830what HDR and SDR brightness do you use and what content are you watching? Games? Movies, tv

These are some incredible tvs , but I am going with the 2 best , as far as tvs the 2 Japanese brands the Panasonic MLA MZ2000 and the Sony QD oled A95L when it comes to processing for movies and sports , motion and upscaling these 2 can't be beat ,will be getting a jvc projector soon. Which is a Japanese brand, the Japanese are the best when comes to movies .
I would say the G3 motion/processing/upscalling/low-res/low-bitrate are pretty good too. I don’t like MZ2000’s look/form factor tbh, it’s like a brick from the back side and not really suitable for a nice looking wall mount. Waiting for A95L reviews, but I don’t expect miracles this year, especially concerning the expected price and situation, that recent top models are getting close in IQ department, but lets see. I don’t trust Samsung though and quite some reviews only talk about the PQ but ignore that a TV is a complete package and many keep it for a long time. The G3 looks amazing when wall mounted, but I can also imagine the A95L on the wall 😊 I hope LG improves the gaming mode issues with the next update(s), but it’s great that options exist for everyone..
Wall mount I could see that , Panasonic the creator of the heatsink , I like that they push there tvs harder than LG ,and still have an amazing image, and unlike Samsung and LG, your they don't update there tvs into the ground having to fix something while breaking something like Samsung and lg.
@@marekgrundellg upscalling is just meh. Lg only win in motion and dolby vision content. Sony, panasonic and samsung are the best
I own LG C1. The TV is awesome after calibration. I've had a 2018 Samsung Q6FN QLED - also was a great TV, so I assume Samsung S90C rocks too. All I'm trying to say - either of those will be a great choice, and the price is a key factor here.
Oh yeah it’s like you’re combining the strengths of QLED and WOLED.
Why does “Samsung” keeps flashing on the top right corner of both tvs???
Just a demo video Samsung uses on their TVs I use it for comparison footage.

Kg no S90C/C3 comparison this year??
I filmed it just need to edit and release. Should be one of the next videos you see here.
I have a 77" s90c that we're returning because we don't like the motion on it as much as our Sony A8h. I've tried adjusting it every which way and its just not as good and my wife notices it as well. QD OLED is better and the gaming is incredible but we don't play enough games for that to make up for the motion in our situation. Plus its a basement I can dim any time of day so I can take a brightness hit on a different TV.
I have both the Sony A8H and a Samsung S95B and you are right about how the motion is noticeably better on the Sony. The Samsung’s Motion Interpolation creates artifacts as well. However, my Samsung’s screen is flawless when it comes to screen uniformity. QD-OLED just wins in this category. Check dark screens. “Nope” is a good test. I find this to be more important for me as I am now used to the motion on the Samsung.
We have zero issues with motion on our S90C 77" .. we use the Apple TV 3rd gen
What player are you use? In build, or an external? I cant decide between s90c and c3. Motion handling in movie very important for me.
My S95B is bright enough. I have it turned down almost always. I mean, if you are living outside without curtains, dont buy an OLED.
The OS kind of sucks but you get used to it.
I have an Android TV 4K dongle as a backup to get all apps and all versions of the apps. They can vary between the two OSes.
The ABL is irritating though. Its partially a fault of directors and editors not knowing how OLED works and/or taking it into account during editing. Its an OLED thing but I do believe Samsung is quite agressive in its implementation. I wont turn it of in seevice menu even though I can. Not until the factory guarantee is donzo.
The picture is stunning at max brightness with HDR content. But after a few months, when your eyes are like "wtf let us rest" and you turn the brightness down, its bloody perfect. You can make OLED look so natural its crazy. Like the picture is painted in front of you.
Now, you just got to live with the stress of the panel slowly getting worse and worse. 😂
With Samsung it's always a question of are the colors as they are due to the QD OLED panel or Samsung software over saturating the colors. I have a S95B 65" (and no bend 😂) and love it . But I would love to go back to LG at some point.
Uniformity is the huge difference I'll never go back after wasting my time with the G3
No because even if you try to saturate the LG you'll never be able to obtain the same colors on the qd-oled
G3 looks better
The s90c is so amazing . It’s bright enough for me & the brightness is not to the max
The image is warmer on s90c that's better .
The LG comes with a 5 year Oled burn in warranty, which samsung does not
Where is the flexispot links??
Description
@@TechWithKG Sorry KG, I see it now. Thank you!
Did you notice s90c/s95c picture softer than G3 in gaming like some other channels do?
Softer how exactly? I didn’t see the QD-OLED lacking any kind of clarity.
@@TechWithKG some posted video that G3 game mode looked much more detailled like and contrasty. Something that Sony reality creation does too to improve detail.
I think some reviewers mentioned the G3 has a more 3D like image thanks to its processing?
S90C does not is in 83 inch and G3 83 inch does not have MLA - it is a mental trap - i need at least a 83 inch, but brighter than "old" oleds
i like g3 over than s90c because brighter than s90c and not see any pinkish band color in sky picture also have more warranty about (burn in) problems than qd oled, ok maybe not win in game mood but this not problem for me because not high different between them and i play games in tv lewer than i watching movies > i like your content go ahead bro :)
A better comparison would have been to NOT include any description until the ending, so there is no bias present when watching the differences.
I personally ordered the G3, but only because it is better in retaining detail in darker scenes, where the s90c in losing some.
If you don't care about that, don't bother going for the G3.
I think the S90c was by far the best value proposition with high end oleds this year.
We will see how happy i am once the G3 arrives in the coming weeks.
hii is there a video compairing these dark scenes on yt? :)
G3 only 120hz is a big let down as most models now have 144hz
@@cryptok9185 but 120 fps is enough for most games isnt it lol
@@framo_official it’s old tech and when your paying over 2/3k for a tv you would expect 144 as a minimum
@@cryptok9185 thats y i paid under 2k, but nevertheless i dont see it as a dealbreaker
Clear difference in brightness.
Man, the G3 is the king wow
ahahah do you think brightness is the only thing you should look? Then the best tv in the world must be lcd tvs because they are the birghtest tvs. No you should look into color gamut and black crush if you are looking for an oled tv.
@@ulasklc4539 It depends on the taste
Brightness is coming from a white subpixel. QD-OLED has 3-4 times the brightness on RGB subpixels = Much better colors and better uniformity.
@DwFz Sure, then take it and have a nice burn in
Does the S90C seem that pink irl?
No it’s not pink irl it’s probably just the footage
S90c picture just looks better imo
Anyone in the chat, which would you choose S95B or S90C? S95B is so cheap now in my place but not sure what S90C has to offer which is 50% more expensive than the S95B. 🤔
If you're buying a 55" or 65", S95B since it's cheaper. S90C if you want a 77".
@@ZacharyTF1979 cool, thanks for the answer. I'm only going for a 55 coz I have a small place.
@@halo-halo9244 Do you or do you know anyone who has an account with the Samsung Employee Purchase Program (EPP)? The 55" S90C is only $140 more ($1300 for the S95B and $1440 for the S90C).
S95B pretty much looks identical to S90C and cost half or less. No brainer till S95B sells out. With service menu hack, you can make S95B looks like 2023 models with ease. Remove ABL and increase brightness. Look up videos about it. Pretty much nothing changed panel-wise from last year - This is why S95B can do this. The biggest improvement from last year, is the addition of 77 inch. However, very expensive just like WOLED with MLA (G3).
@@ZacharyTF1979 I'm afraid I don't but the S90C's price is starting to drop. Prices in my place is like 1.5x - 3 times the price is the states. So those 77"-85" cost a fortune here. 😅
QD oled as per tests by rtings have burn in issues
My use case is mostly streaming shows, movies, and YT; then occasional gaming. The gaming features being broken right now IS a downer for the G3, but I feel it could be fixed with an update. But with the need for up scaling, I feel that the G3 is the better choice for me.
Its so funny that people keep thinking LG is good for gaming when they fck up all the time in gaming. Samsung is clearly superior for gaming. I have S95B with service menu hack (no ABL and full brightness) and it absolutely destroys any WOLED in gaming using 4K/144 Hz at 4:4:4 Chroma and RTX 4090 OC'ed. Colors are downright amazing, responseness is insane and brightness is so high that I actually needs to tone it down at night. People are absolutely clueless if they truly think LG is superior for gamers. Just look at G3 in game mode vs last years QD-OLED at stock, A95K and S95B, both destroy G3 in gaming with like twice the brightness and way better colors. LG needs to wake up.
@@Dr.WhetFarts What does your graphics card have to do with it?
@@caiogois5799 bro it's overclocked broo
@@uuuuu7307 What does this have to do with the topic?
Wormer colors on samsung, lower brightnes. Also, s90c is much cheaper, you should test s95c against g3
The colors just look better on Samsung at high brightness.
The lg looks to be more realistic , it's almost looks like it's 3d
Has LG fixed the gaming mode?
No
Inmediatly the G3 have more brightnes but the S90C have more contrast and color reproduction 🕵️📺
That's true but who has there TV that bright. Mostb people will not have it on max brightness settings
The G3 produces a much more eye pleasing picture in this whole video, but the difference can really be seen in the pinball video. The samsung just produces a flatter looking picture. At that point who cares if theres a tad more color volume?
Because mla makes g3 brighter and be tter. In the other way c3 will look bad than the 90c
