These Days is my favorite album of all time. Pretty much everything on that album is a masterpiece. This song is no different. Probably the darkest song in Jovi’s entire catalogue and once it kicks in also among the heaviest stuff they’ve done. The riff before the solo is such a monster. There are almost double guitars throughout the song, but I decided to do the parts I find most ”important”. Such a great song and a rare Drop-D song. On top of that two amazing solos! 🙌

These Days has such a special place in Bon Jovi discography. It's so dark and moody, showing a different side of the band vs. the party music of the 80's and even what would come later. This album is so good.

Sambora had a way of just making the quitar sing and tell a story. Such a great blues guitarist and always will be my favorite. This was a great cover of the track and an amazing job giving it justice.
