I can't remember which one but either in London 69 or London 61 there is a mission where you can see lots of naked NPCs. You can touch booty in one of the two dlcs.

In TLAD, wouldn't it be faster to head to the Honkers strip club in Alderney (since you start on that island) instead of going to the Triangle Club in Bohan? Or is Honkers not open at the start?

Well, for GTA Vice City, you can instead search for 1 criminal who is being chased by police, and beat him 3 times. This method is a bit faster and you will have $150 in no time. It is easy to find them near Washington Beach hospital.
