Fixing the wobble on my Skywatcher pier

I'll be honest mate the metal on the pin seemed to be quite hard either that or I need to replace the blade, I'm just glad its rock solid now though.

is there not a plate at bottom of the pier that slots over a bolt?

There's a plate that bolts to the mount & the pier goes over it but it isn't held in place by a pin or anything as you have to use that on the pier extension itself, this video made by Skywatcher shows how it goes together ua-cam.com/video/E6f2n_O95SU/v-deo.html

@@dumpydalekobservatory dam, the plate i have has a hole in it that you put an m10 bolt into one of the 2 holes where you removed az pin from.. maybe you could drill the plate
