Dont need to do hotel management. If you're interested in Baking and Pastry. Do diploma in it which is only 6 months long. Investing 3 years are a lot.

Used to have a lot of fun spending time in the kitchen every saturday and sunday. I still work at my place for money... but the joy in cooking is something else... If you live in a big city like mumbai, it's easy to just find a little bit of volunteering every weekend
