Furthermore, through a large keyboard, it is possible to program the differentiation of the transport between the lower and upper feed dogs.
In this way you will obtain a gradual gathering such as to adapt the jacket to the body so as to prevent any type of crease thanks to a perfect adherence.

🇮🇹 La Foggiato macchine per cucire ha già avuto modi di inserire video della Pfaff 3822, una macchina automatica che permette di tagliare in modo differenziato il tessuto di una giacca o un capo analogo in modo tale che, una vota rivoltata lo spessore del capo finito sia quanto più sottile possibile in modo da conferire una notevole eleganza e raffinatezza al capo stesso.
In effetti vediamo che spesso nel capo spalla il bordo del tessuto delle giacche presenta un ingrossamento che danneggia l’estetica e la classe del vestito.
Questa operazione viene eseguita attraverso la presenza di due coltelli, entrambi inseribili e disinseribili in cui uno, sfruttando l’inserimento laterale, è in grado di tagliare il tessuto ad una altezza spostata rispetto al coltello verticale.
Inoltre, attraverso una ampia tastiera, è possibile programmare la differenziazione del trasporto tra griffa inferiore e griffa superiore.
In questo modo si otterrà un arricciamento graduale tale da far adattare al corpo la giacca così da prevenire qualsiasi tipo di piega grazie ad una perfetta aderenza.
Ogni altro dispositivo standard (rasafilo, alzapiedino automatico e saldina) sono ovviamente parte integrante di questa macchina che necessita di aria compressa oltre, ovviamente, alla alimentazione di corrente
